The package was sent out quickly BUT it was received at USPS DAMAGED and then was delayed being delivered. USPS sent me a letter that the package was TOO DAMAGED to deliver. I sent this to the seller and they said it was delivered. What was delivered was the letter from USPS and the label which USPS cut off the package. Since I didn't receive the package, I should be entitled to a refund but that is not what happened. I appealed to EBay and still out the money.
