Received item with a broken plastic housing surrounding the spray mechanism. Seller advised me, that it was cosmetic only and DID NOT effect the sprayer. I received the item and the sprayer was indeed effected and the mechanism works intermittently. SELLER REFUSED TO DISCOUNT THE TRANSACTION.
