The product was most likely damaged by the summer heat in shipping. I contacted the seller and he was kind enough to issue a refund to my Paypal account the same day. It is nice to deal with someone so easy to work with. Great ebayer!!!

I ordered 2 bottles. One of the bottles had damage to the lid in transit so it was empty in the box on delivery. I was reimbursed without an issue. I opened the 2nd bottle the next day and it was a gray color with an acidic smell in an aged container. I notified the company about the 2nd bottle and no response from the company. Quite disappointed.
