It keeps me focused
I love this product I bought it for many years to send home to my grandpa who had a sound mind and live to the age of 102. And now myself a 7 stroke survivor we had a lot of problem with focusing been drinking this wonderful product since 2008 and I wouldn't stop drinking it at all this is wonderful.
