Best product for swollen/stiff joints.
Prior to using FlexNow my right knee was always swollen and achy. I have used the product for about 2 years and it has made a HUGE difference. My knee is rarely swollen or sore. I’m 71, fairly active and now able to do weekly 5-mile hikes with 1,000’ elevation. It takes a few weeks to see results. I take it with a turmeric supplement. They seem to complement each other.

This product takes away the pain where my thumb connects in my palm caused by arthritis. I start with 3 per day until the pain leaves then one a day...5*. If I could give it 10* I would . Fantastic product for my pain.

Best product for swollen/stiff joints.
My knees require these. I went on a trip a year ago and realized I'd totally forgotten to take any for 4 days or so when I started to get up from sitting at a table and I just CREAKED up to standing. So I went straight to my flexnow and took them! My opinion is that items like this work for some people and not for others, similar to glucosamine etc.. dependent on genetics.

Arthritis pain in hands.....gone
My integrative medicine doctor recommended this product fir my hip pain. I’ve tried everything. Remarkably this are doing the trick. Huge relief and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you have arthritis pain you would be wise to give this product a try.
