It is safe and secure for my skin.

This product claims to have 99 percent of pure MSM. It also says to dissolve quickly and is not like other crystals available. This product is FDA approved and can be trusted as well. The size of the crystals is large and not that small. This product mentions to be free from filter and binders. You can absolutely try this but still consult your doctor before taking it.

Unbelievable! In 2 weeks
I have spent hundreds of dollars at the dermatologist buying products for my traction alopecia which did not work and receiving cortisone shots from a Hair salon visit gone wrong. Then I came across Curly Proverbz on YouTube. She suggested taking MSM in addition to Vitamin C And Collagen. Brace yourself with these pictures. This has been 2 weeks with only 1 tea spoon in the morning and I forgot to take it for maybe 3 days. Now keep in mind. My hair has not grown much in the center of my head for a few years. But IM BACKKKK!!!! Downside ~My face has began to break out in pimples in certain spots.I have increased my water intake a lot. I drink around 7 bottles a day.

I had to write to tell everyone how thankful I am for this product! I had suffered with psoriasis for over "52 years" (I got the rash behind my neck two days after a small pox vaccine when I was four years old...per my mother). It never went away and would get worse depending upon how much sugar/junk food I ate. I spent thousands of dollars over the years on doctors and ointments with NO RESULTS. After taking this product for only TWO DAYS (four doses), my psoriasis is COMPLETELY GONE! Best part is, I've been eating some junk food and it still hasn't come back. That was two months ago! I am a customer for LIFE! It also took care of a two mean bouts of eczema/dermatitis I developed (with no results/cures after going to FOUR MDs...they were clueless...no offense)! Plain water burned my skin and sunlight was a misery! The rash (or whatever it was) was also all over my chest and front of my neck. This is the most amazing product I have ever used. You have got to at the least try it. My energy is back my psoriasis is clearing up. It doesn’t taste bad. I have PTSD and anxiety and it is just helping me in so many ways. I don’t know how it works but it does. Upon research, I discovered people have been taking this far centuries for their health. Update: without changing my diet, this stuff burned my belly fat off after two lbs of it, my psoriasis is gone after years of fighting it. I am 64, but now I feel like I’m 30 again. My chronic sinus issues are gone. I didn’t realize how much sulfur chystals would help. Dr’s don’t know $&!/.

OUTSTANDING!! Words cannot describe the relief!!!
I was diagnosed with lupus (SLE) 10 years ago and the joint and muscle pain I experience can be very debilitating. This product takes care of that 90%. It allows me to function like a normal person. I have been taking MSM for a year and this brand for a few months now and have not experienced that pain while taking it. I do mega dose though and take 3 TABLESPOONS (spread throughout the day) as advised by my herbalist. As awesome side effects I also experience relief of constipation, fast growing nails, my hair stopped falling out excessively and sparse areas have filled in, and more energy and relief from depression (probably because I don't feel so crappy). I recently ran out of this stuff and thought I'd wait a couple of weeks to reorder (my money was a little short) and that was a BIG mistake. The joint and muscle pain came back in full force and I was completely wiped out! I quickly ordered more and as soon as I received it I took my mega dose and I kid you not the worse joint pain that I was experiencing (right wrist) was gone the next day! A few days later while on the sulfur my energy levels were back up. I am so amazed by this stuff. I have taken a lot of supplements and they never work this fast, if they work at all. I will not mess around any more and be without this sulfur. I'm going to start ordering in bulk. It's not curing the problem but it is helping me manage and without all of the garbage side effects that most lupus/arthritis drugs come with (prednisone!). I've tried different brands and I'm sticking with H2O. The crystals are large and I can tell the quality is good and it's obviously very effective for me. One thing just make sure you drink LOTS of clean filtered water if you take higher doses. Also, I know it's supposed to be better with vitamin c and I have never taken them together. I am going to start though and see if I get even more benefits (allergies). Will update after I have tried the combo. Update: 7/11/17 I am now taking it with 4 grams of vitamin C, for about 2 weeks now, and I have recently noticed that my sugar cravings are WAY down and this is coming from a sugar junkie (if there was a sugar rehab I'd be in it). I'm not sure if it's the vitamin c or the sulfur finally correcting that or the combination but I'll take it. I have peanut butter cups that I bought a few days ago and have not touched one. They just don't seem appealing anymore and were purchased more out of habit or just in case I got a craving. Also, this has nothing to do with the vitamin c but my hair is so THICK! It has never been this thick in my life! The strands are thicker and softer and I'm getting loads of compliments now. Just be aware you have to be patient and take the product faithfully when it comes to changes of the hair but the excessive shedding was the first to improve and then the rest followed. This stuff is the real deal and no I do NOT work for the company. Just happy to have found something that finally works.

Amazing for Lupus!
This is the finest organic sulfur that I've used--I discovered it after purchasing many inferior products from companies that I thought I could trust. But if you research a little, you learn that not all sulfur is created equal. If it doesn't dissolve in water, for instance, it isn't pure--this product dissolves. I found out about it from a site called CANCERTUTOR. This sulfur is recommended by the man who runs the site, he endeavors to suggest only the most superior supplements to help people cure their cancers naturally without the aid of the corrupt medical mafia. So anyway, fantastic product, but do increase dosages slowly, as sulfur--when pure, is supremely effective at detoxing the body!! This stuff is amazing. Been taking it for 6 months now and ...
I haven't seen any effects yet. But to be fair, I inconsistently followed the directions for optimal results. Below are the guidelines for optimal results: 1) Drink ~1 oz of *filtered* water for every 2 lbs of body weight. *NB: certain elements, such as chlorine, can interfere with MSM absorption and function. Hence using filtered water is the best option. 2) Take MSM twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Also, wait at least 30 minutes before taking any medications or other supplements. So taking MSM first thing in the morning and just before going to bed should work. 3) Vitamin C is a cofactor for MSM, which enhances MSM's effectiveness. The proper ratio is 2:1. So if you take 2 teaspoons of MSM, then you should take 1 teaspoon of vitamin C powder. *NB: the optimal MSM dose is 1-1.5 teaspoons per 100 lbs of body weight, taken at least once daily. What I've Done: I am using MSM to support healthy hair growth and healthy joints. It's not fun to hear a crunching noise every time that I squat! Most days, I drink at least 500 mL of water. Occasionally, I drink 1.5 L of water a day. Either way, this is insufficient hydration, especially while using MSM. Some users report headaches/migraines when they first begin using MSM. To avoid this, it's advised to start with a small dose (1/8 teaspoon to 1/4 teaspoon) every other day. Over time, gradually increase the dose to the recommended daily amount and increase the frequency of taking MSM to twice a day. I started by using 1/4 teaspoon of MSM crystals every other day, with an equal amount of vitamin C powder. I did notice some scalp soreness, but thankfully, no headaches. After a little over 2 weeks, I slowly upped my dose to 1 teaspoon once a day, again, with an equal amount of vitamin C. And since these substance dissolve easily in hot liquids, I added them to my coffee and tea. I drink black coffee and I no longer add honey to my tea. These did not increase the bitterness of my drinks, nor did they change the taste of my coffee and tea. Recently, I confirmed the recommended amount of vitamin C powder to mix with MSM. I realized that I used too much vitamin C. And ultimately, I'm not using enough MSM every day. So going forward, I will follow the 2:1 ratio for taking MSM + vitamin C powder. I will take this twice a day, instead of just once daily. I will follow the "formula" for increasing my daily water intake. And I will wait at least 30 minutes before taking other supplements. I will do this for another 2-3 weeks before posting an update. Meantime, for those new to MSM, please follow the guidelines for optimal use! That way, you may see results sooner than I have.

For those who are new to sulfur please read the following. Yes it tastes bad at first. After a week you won't notice it. For all those 1 star reviewers who quit taking it because of the taste----get over yourselves. You are missing out on the wonderful benefits. It takes a bit to dissolve, be patient. You may experience a "healing crisis" for a few days. Research what that is all about and get through it. Caution! You may experience the following side effects. Clearer, smoother skin. More energy. I have been using MSM for a while. I've tried several brands with mediocre results. A youtuber that I trust recommended this brand. While more expensive than other brands I have used, I quickly learned all MSM is not created equal. MSM is multi purpose for me. I am on a hair growth journey but I also have issues with my knees which makes it difficult at times to pursue my fitness journey. I also have fibromyalgia. Here's what I noticed right away...my nails are hard as rocks! Increased hair growth every where! Not all bad. I had been wearing eyelash extensions for a while and when I decided to remove them I felt like my eye were bald...for real. In about a week my lashes were noticeably longer. As far as pain relief-it helps the aching knees. I can't rave about it the way I can about the hair growth but it does help. Does it taste good? Nope but its a quick swig so who cares. I follow the directions to a T as far as dosing per weight. I also closely follow the directive to take on an empty stomach. Interesting that other brands didn't suggest that. I also take it twice a day. I add some vitamin C even though it doesn't indicate the need. I pour a couple of ounces of hot water over it and stir. I then add a bit of cold water and chug it down. Please drink lots of water throughout the day! Start low and slow or you will likely get massive headaches and maybe some stomach discomfort. Some may like this and some may not. The lucid dreams are crazy!! So intense and its all the MSM. It helps just a bit if you take it during the day but its still pretty wild for me when I do. Not bad just weird! If you're a fan of lucid dreaming you will love this. In closing, if you want to boost your hair growth try this. I am 2" from waist length and I think these 3 months on this brand gave me the boost to increase those inches fast. I have read you need to take a break after 3 months (for hair growth) or your body will get too used to it. Come back to it after about 6 weeks. This is my plan to get me to hip length hair by summer Most High willing.

So I have tried MSM before and have had an allergic rxn to the binders...to the point of breaking out like I have the measles!! Horrific...I have tried this product starting out with 1/8th tsp BID...for about 4 days and now I am up to 1/4 tsp BID and can really tell the difference with the OA in my knee and ankle...swelling and pain have significantly reduced...this along with my Tumeric has allowed me to completely stop taking all OTC NSAIDS (Aleve, Motrin, Voltaren..etc)...I believe the reason I've not had a rxn as before is due to the fact that this product is so pure in form....I will follow with and update later!! Thank you for making an amazing product

I literally watched my grandmother go from sleeping all day to being revived. Again, I reiterate - I literally watched my grandmother go from having no energy the entire day, to 2 days later having enough energy to dance in front of the TV. This stuff is shockingly effective. They tell you to take your multivitamins, and this thing or that thing, whatever medication you're prescribed. No one ever tells you to get your daily dose of sulfur. Get your daily dose of sulfur! This stuff is amazing, and super potent. I swear, the entire coffee industry would collapse if people realized such a potent alternative with numerous health benefits existed. I've been taking this for about a week, and just got up to the full dose of 1.5tsp twice per day. The main reasons I wanted to try MSM were to help my skin, gums and hair growth, and also energy and joints. I just turned 40 and want to prolong my health and support my body as much as I can so I don't age as quickly. I wanted to write this for people who are just starting out and might be put off by the reports of bad taste or side effects. First, I started out with just 1/8 tsp, once per day, then the next day twice. Then the next day doubled to 1/4 tsp twice per day, next day doubled to 1/2 tsp twice, next day doubled to 1 tsp twice, next day 1.5 tsp twice. I weigh about 150lb and they suggest 1 tsp per 100lb of body weight, so that's how I determined the dose. I take it each day with 1000 mg vitamin C powder mixed with 16oz of water, put the crystals under my tongue, then down the water. Then I chase that with another 16oz of water. This method works well and I don't really have to taste it too much. If you're used to taking supplements that maybe don't taste so good, or if you're a healthy eater, this is not a big deal at all. I was really scared that the taste would be too much to handle based on the reviews, but taking it this way, it's no sweat. I already drink a lot of water, but since I take each dose with 32 oz of water each, I don't feel the need to drink any more than I usually would during the rest of the day and I feel fine. If you're not much of a water drinker, you'll need to become one or just do what I do and get er done. I have experienced zero negative side effects so far. Stepping up the dose gradually probably helped with that, but I also lead a very healthy lifestyle and have a very clean diet, so that may have also been a factor. It's too soon to tell how well this is helping my skin/gums/hair/joints. However I feel FANTASTIC since I've been taking this! I FEEL the energy! It's a good, healthy, happy feeling, not like caffeine, but like a 9 hours of sleep a night, good-living sort of feeling. I feel really motivated and have a sense of deep well-being. I take the first dose upon waking and the 2nd at 3pm and haven't had any problems with sleep. Will update after a few more weeks or months. If you were hesitating, I'd encourage you to give it a try! Take it with vitamin C. Dump it under your tongue. Chase with a bunch of water. Step up gradually. Feel great! **Update 8/21** I’ve been taking this at the full dose for a little over a month now, and my skin looks fantastic. I already had nice skin, but it’s getting even better. It seems softer and more plump and bouncy, especially my face. It’s seems even more youthful and glowy. Just finished the first bag and ordered 2 more! **Update 11/21** I now take 2 tsp in the morning one time per day, as I’m taking some other supplements and can’t practically take a 2nd dose. Still experiencing good results. I notice that my eyebrows seem a little thicker and I have a lot of baby hairs around my hairline.

I gave this product a 5 star rating because it is a superior product of highest quality, and the packaging is great as well. I have been using Organic Sulfur for a number of years now. I take Organic Sulfur Crystals primarily for osteoarthritis in several joints (fingers, hip, knee, sacroiliac), although I also find it makes me feel more energetic and just better overall. When I don't have it, I'm miserable - I can't live (properly, anyway) without it! I recently experienced a serious accident which left me with a number of broken bones as well as a head injury. I was without my Sulfur for a few weeks, and boy was that terrible - I was so happy and relieved to be able to start taking it again! I'm convinced it has been instrumental in speeding up my recovery time after the accident. 8 weeks later, I'm back to doing most of the things I was doing before, and I expect to be back to 100% within another 8 weeks or so.

Using for hair growth
I initially bought this because I saw a lot of YouTube videos from people saying that they use it for hair growth (along with Vitamin C powder). I recently cut my hair off because I had a lot of heat damage. I can’t speak to the hair growth part (because my hair has been in braids since I started taking this about a month ago), but I can tell you that I was pleasantly surprised to no longer have any joint or hip pain. As a matter of fact, I can’t remember the last time I had any pain and it used to be often. It doesn’t get rid of the pain immediately, but over time—maybe a couple weeks—it goes away. I’m 35 and a nurse so get a lot of wear and tear with having to pick up on patients. The taste is pretty bitter but I mix it with a small amount of warm water to dissolve and then add orange juice or coconut water to hide the taste. I’ll probably purchase it again and possibly forever.
