Highly effective and wonderful aroma
Living here in the desert there's a lot of dust that causes lung congestion, bronchitis, etc. I was plagued by a frequent cough for 5 months and my doctor wanted me to take Spiriva, which is hundreds of $ a month and has some nasty side effects. I decided to try this rub instead and was amazed how effective it has been over the past month relieving overnight coughing and congestion. My husband rubs a bit of the rub under his nose when we go to bed and swears the lavender aroma helps him sleep much sounder. On nights when I forget to put some on the cough and congestion come right back. Will definitely reorder this little wonder.

This is ok if you need something light
I use a little bit of this under my nose before I put my CPAP on - I have terrible allergies and sinus troubles - this helps keep my passageways open when I breath in and out throughout the night. When I'm sick, I use it on my chest. This helps with my breathing even more! And lastly, I sometimes put some in my hot water and then place a towel over my head to create a steam bath for myself. Overall - I am thrilled with this purchase! I've bought it several times - and will continue to do so! LOVE PURIYA!!!!!

Highly effective and wonderful aroma
Update..the owner reached out to me personally and offered me a full refund and was very concerned about my issues with the product. This is the sign of a great company who cares about their customers. Hopefully this product works well for others. Give it a try as they stand 100% behind their product. This balm does not work. I am very disappointed, as it is expensive and I really needed a product to relieve allergy symptoms in my chest and neck. It also feels like you have rubbed saddle soap on your skin, leaving a hard waxy feeling. I hope they stand behind their guarantee.

Better than VapoRub!
I don't use this as a chest rub, not yet, but just a little bit under a nostril as I try to get some rest has really helped me with my latest bad cold. While the nasal assistance was great, it seems to help my chest congestion too, but that might be placebo effect. I really like this product, and a little goes a very long way - the way I use it. Now that my cold is gone - I can still use a little bit when I am having trouble falling asleep - I think I maybe equate the aroma with rest - which I was able to get before - and it seems to help. While I don't look forward to allergy season ever, I wonder how much better it will be with this in my arsenal (the first week of February the pollen count was already over 700). try it - while it is not hard to pick up the menthol, it does not overpower the other aromas either.

We have been using this now every night before bed since I bought the jar a few months ago and this is AMAZING....not sure if this actually helps my husband not snore but I want to believe it does! (I did not buy this for that reason....but hey....he is snoring much much less!). This immediately clears my sinuses and I usually wake up with a stuffy nose....not since I put a little dab under each nostril before bed. This is a winner for sure.

Effective, Soothing, Relaxing
Even just smelling the rub in it's jar helps me breathe better. I wish I had found this year's ago when my son was small and croupy and I had trouble affording asthma medicine. Now I can afford doctor's care, and just tried this out to see if I could reduce the prescription medicines I take. For me, this helps me reduce the ****number of times*** I use the rescue inhaler and nebulizer, but I still do take the full set of prescription medicines (rescue inhaler, corticosteroid "maintenance" inhaler, nebulizer, and seasonal allergy pills). This product helps, but it does not replace the prescription environmental allergy/ asthma meds fully.

It works pretty good!
I bought it for my daughter who is a freshman in college. She was just diagnosed with bronchitis and a touch of asthma. For the first time we were in separate states and I couldn't "mommy" her back to health. In her 18 years of life she probably missed school due to sickness just a few times. But now living in a dorm, she has experienced respiratory issues regularly throughout the year. Most of them have been minor but this last one worried me. She was prescribed antibiotics, an inhaler and told to buy over-the-counter meds. I went online to see what I could send her that was natural, help her breathe and feel more comfortable so she could get the sleep she desperately needed. So along with cans of chicken soup and tea I found this product which had all of the ingredients (herbs) to help her condition. I have been dealing with a bad chest cold and horribly sore throat for over a week now and on a mission to find a solution that can help to speed up a cure as this was the worst cold I'd ever experienced. I tried Nyquil, Dayquil, Robitussin DM, Mucinex, etc..all the commonly recommended products and besides being tired of the nasty taste (smh), I started researching to see what else could help me out there and I stumbled across Puriya's Natural Chest and Nasal Congestion Relief 'Breathe-Ease Balm'. I read many of the reviews and although it seemed pricey, I was willing to try it as I felt kind of desparate at the time... It came overnight and I was shocked it was such a small bottle. However, the product's composition is such that you only have to use a tiny amount at a time, so I can see how it will last me quite a while. I put some under my nostrils, on my chest and throat, and went to bed. Overnight, I felt a very warm sensation in my chest and knew it had to be this product because I sleep in a cool room...kind of freaked me out a little bit lol The next morning, I no longer had a chest cold..it was gone. No coughing up mucus, and all I have now is a throat that's still sore from all the coughing I had to do over the past week. I am a believer at this point..it worked for me anyway and it's the only thing that worked. It was such a relief to feel like myself again and not continue to be miserable into the new year. I highly recommend it if you enjoy the ingredients that are in it, such as eucalyptus, peppermint, etc., as I enjoyed the scent and the fact it isn't greasy or mushy like other similar products... Definitely worth the money I spent!

This is the 3rd brand of natural chest rub I bought, and this one is by far the best of the 3, it has a smell that is strong unlike the other 2 I bought which were pretty faint even when putting it directly under the nose. It was originally for my mom, and she switched back over to her unnatural chest rub a few months after unfortunately. Personally, I think this brand seems to work great, but only for a short time it seems effective (3 stars). I place under my nose as well as chest and behind the ears and the smell disappears rather quickly. As for the size, it seems a little goes a long way, so price wise it seems worth it. Update: I appreciate the seller standing by their product and offering a full refund, and prompt services (+2 stars) . I'd also like to add that although it doesn't fit the entire needs for us, that it could definitely be able to help those who have common and/or mild cases of a stuffy nose.
