Immediate and dramatic results, I’m impressed.
This had a dramatic effect on my energy level and alertness within minutes of taking it. I’d recommend taking it on an empty stomach about a half hour before you eat. I also use acetyl l carnitine; I decided to try this after reading that this combination had enhanced effects, and they weren’t kidding. And I only took one capsule, half the recommended dose. I recommend this combination highly.

Immediate and dramatic results, I’m impressed.
The pills are small and can be opened. I'm able to easily slide the capsule apart in order to release the dry powder for a more accurate amount based on my personal needs. I then slide the capsule back together to save the rest of the unused powder for later. And since the capsule contains only one ingredient, I know I'm getting a precise measurement of Carnitine. No mess, no melting capsules in my hand. I don't swallow the pills whole, so I can't give you feedback on that aspect. The bottle arrived secured, with a big wad of cotton inside, and a pillow pack to keep it all dry. I live in South Florida, and the heat and humidity here right now (July) melts pretty much everything, except for these pills, which sat on my porch for a few hours inside the package upon delivery, and were totally dry inside. Ive used them for several days, and am VERY HAPPY! I had some questions regarding the product prior to purchase, so I contacted customer service via e-mail, and had a great interaction with them, which resulted in me buying the product.

Worked in one day!
I use this to improve lower body blood circulation. I can honestly say that it helps ME. I have taken different supplements over the years. Some help, some don't, and others I can't tell. This is one of the few that does help with the issue I have. I will definitely continue to take it.

FINALLY, Propionyl L-Carnitine With Nothing Added!
Have noticed very slight increase in stamina during workouts, not as much as expected. Have been taking GPLC (Glycotrax) for some time (months), and have been happy overall, but have stopped it in favor of PLCAR. Is this appropriate? What are the differences between the two products? Only taking new product for about two weeks.

Once upon a time you could only find PLCAR as bulk powder, and then one sad day *poof*, it was gone. Shortly thereafter, bottled PLCAR with Glycine showed up in places like GNC and well-stocked health food stores. About this time I emailed -- I think his name was Charlie -- who had started 1fast400. I asked him what's the deal, and he said PLCAR bulk is still around, but he didn't sell it because there was no demand. It's hard to believe there was less of a demand for PLCAR than for the weekly 'Miracle Brain Smartening, Muscle & erection Veinining, and Wallet Empyting supplement. You know, the must-have supplement that vanishes into obscurity a month later? So anyway, as far as I could tell, the Glycine rendered the PLCAR inactive. For me, it was so utterly useless that I wouldn't have taken it if it were free. Pure PLCAR is a whole different animal: It HELPS with any of a variety of icky day/night leg syndromes; It helps mitigate ED caused by medication, or so I've heard. And it helps with general fatigue, just kinda making you feel a bit less crummy. The keyword here is 'HELPS', it's not a miracle cure. Nevertheless, even if you don't work out, it's well-worth the cost.

What's the difference between PLCAR and Glycotrax?
This is a great product if you are looking to increase your blood flow in your muscles. You can feel the results in the gym in a few minutes of lifting weights. This is by far the best nitric oxide booster I have taken and it won’t make you feel sick. Great results

What caught my eye was that it helped with circulation. After ordering it and waiting for the product I went on line and looked it up and was amazed at all the ailments it was used for. I can't personally vouch for all of them but personally I feel that it does help with my circulation and also gives me alot of energy and just a feeling of well being. I recommended it to a good friend that has cancer and is going thru chemo and he feels that it has helped with his energy level as well. Thank you C.Wilson

I am taking this along with acetyl l carnitine for congestive heart failure... I read that is great for that.. I will add more to this review when I have my next checkup....

Increases Energy Level
This the best PLCAR I’ve found. It really helps with circulation, especially to the area under the belt. If you are searching for PLCAR to help with a better quality erection, or just better blood flow in general, this is it.

Immediate and dramatic results, I’m impressed.
I've been researching ways of coping with my recently developed leg vascular problems. I can experience thigh and knee pain during the day, and wake each morning with feelings of numbness and tightness in my feet and calves. I took two of these PLCAR capsules (w/ Olive Oil, (which I've read is recommended to take with carnitine product). My legs soon felt better and more "alive,", and I had a sense of greater energy throughout my body. Remains to be seen if the reported Testosterone enhancement happens in the next few weeks.

Fast and effective
this one is very comparable to the other vitamonk GPLC but i get a little better results with this one. Since starting this i no longer have muscle aches or twinges in my neck, which i read can be form l carnitine defiency. i take with coq10, 400 mg 2 x a day and have had great results. I have mitral valve prolapse and these 2 are a must have - really for anyone with cardiovascular issues. thank you vitamonk

Disappointed ☹️.... I hav ordered this before and Thought that I’ve FINALLY Found what I was looking for. First shipment, seemed fine. No busted up capsules, etc... This last one, I’ve already thrown out ,Atleast, 10-15 Capsules, All sticky with product coating them, half empty capsules, busted capsules. Cotton stuck Allover capsules ☹️☹️☹️ A VERY EXPENSIVE SUPPLEMENT & Now, I’m fearing I’ve gtta look for another supplier. I WISH BULK Supplements would carry PLCAR, .... Anyway, sorry for bad review. I Dnt like giving bad, Only if it’s true. Sadly true. Maybe Company will reach out and make it right..?? IDK.

best l carnitine form and best brand ive tried thus far
As the title of this review suggests, I believe (based on taking the free-form and acetyl versions) that this form of carnitine is more subtle but yet more effective (more natural) than other forms of carnitine. I hope this form of carnitine is more widely sold! But as far as this particular product, if I would have one critique, it would be that the capsules don't have much integrity. (They crumble easily.) That may not be a big deal to people who take these in the conventional way (swallow capsule whole with liquid), but if someone likes to open up the capsules for any reason, they "crack" and crumble quite easily.

The closest form of carnitine to the human body's
I've been taking this supplement as directed on the bottle, and it seems that my exercise performance and weight loss have improved in a short period of time. The supplement has no harmful ingredients or preservatives, and I haven't experienced any bad side effects, even when I take it on an empty stomach in the morning. I've read about the benefits of L-Carnitine for years, and apparently this type of L-Carnitine gets into the blood stream a little faster. Love what it's doing for me so far, and hope it continues!

It works for me
I use this product to help with blood pressure control. It is effective without the side effects I have experienced with other formulations. Would recommend this to family and friends to improve overall health. It is more expensive than others.. so maybe a discount for us old folks would be a good idea.

Quality product .. works effectively
Prior to my experience with this product. I purchased a comparable item from another vendor to ameliorate a “problem” caused by a medical condition. But, it left me feeling less than satisfied. Initially, I had some reservations about this product because it was less expensive. However, after using it, I experienced such a significant improvement in “blood flow” that I now plan to incorporate it as a staple in my regimen. Highly recommended.
