Recommended to buy!
Quality is basically the same like LEGO, each part is very tight. 7-8 years old children can basically complete independently. Combined sturdy, not loose, powerful, can climb small slopes, recommended to buy!

remote broke within 3 hours
It’s sturdy and a great gift for someone older. I gifted it to a 10 year old but it took him, a 14 year old and a senior in high school to all work together to assemble it. It’s great for bonding time and working together but it will take some time. It will definitely take longer for a younger child to assemble and will probably need parent’s help. Didn’t come with batteries but not a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s a nice gift!

Building Lego is his hobby and he can follow the instructions to build the model independently. He says it's more fun than the usual Lego models. The tracked block car also requires a combination of batteries and motors. After building, he charges the block car and can also control the tracked car with the remote control, which is responsive and fun.

Great gift!
I assembled and disassembled everything. It was challenging. I put it back in the box because I am saving it for son for Christmas. He has being bugging me for motorized Lego. I am sure he will love it if not I ll play myself.

My son loves it.
My son is 10 years old, he likes to put together Lego very much since he was 5 years old. His grades have improved and we reward him with Lego toys. He loves this track toy, the track represents the ability to climb rugged terrain, such as lawn, carpet. It took him about 90 minutes to complete the build and he was proud of his achievement.
