The pipes weren't as regular as they used to be...
So, the pipes weren't as regular as they used to be. We're talking 6-7 days between, ummm, events. "Events" are usually accompanied by cramping and urgency. I drink too much, don't get enough sleep, and definitely don't get enough fiber in my diet naturally. I started taking two of these in the morning, and things have improved a bit.

I have been taking this every day and even though it says take 6 or whatever, I am taking more than that since I don't like vegetables and fruits and don't eat them (they all smell like freshly cut grass, disgusting). I'd rather take 20 of this than eat one strawberry or any other fruit/vegetable. I've gotten this from Costco when I lived close to it, but now that I live out of nowhere, it beats the drive through Boston/Massachusetts, specially in summer when there are tourists coming up here.

great for diabetics keeping themselves regular and no sugar.
For mild to moderate constipation, if is more severe you may need something stronger, as with every fiber, for optimal result you need to drink plenty of water. I like the fact it does not cause any colicky pain or urgency.

Take it every day
Great bulking fiber and good value. Many people don’t realize that fiber is like a magnet and binds waist together so that one has a complete bowel movement. It is not just something that makes you have an urge to go to the bathroom, it binds stool together to make it more wholesome.
