I use it for a nighttime aroma. It has a pleasant scent and applies easily.

Perfect
I purchased this product because I had learned that it could help with sleep. I have to say that in my case I agree. I spray my pillow every night before going to sleep. The scent is light and it dries quickly. While I don't feel like I sleep any longer ( I usually start to wake up after 5 to 5.5 hours) I do feel like my sleep is deeper and I feel more rested when I do wake up. I also am able to fall back asleep quickly when I wake up during the night to use the bathroom. I definitely plan to purchase again and will continue to use to achieve better sleep. I know that the spray can be used for other purposes, but I have only used it for the apparent calming effects.
