Excellent performance for the price
This is a great motorized desk for the price. Buy in store to avoid shipping damage and pay even less. This desk is heavy. Surprisingly so, but the whole frame is made of steel with high-quality welds, and a tough powder-coated finish. The tempered glass top is not mouse friendly (you'll need a mouse pad or some junk mail), but it is apparently replaceable (see photos), which is one of the reasons I bought it. It could be a little bit deeper, but I'm happy with the overall size. The capacitive height adjustment buttons are the biggest "issue" with this desk, and not a problem if you're left handed (okay, keep reading for the other 90% of you). It looks like the control module can be relocated (see photos) if you don't mind spending a weekend on it. For the price, I think this desk is well worth it. A friend of mine bought an adjustable desk for $3k. I'd rather buy this one, modify whatever is needed. This desk is very sturdy even at the highest setting due to the quality steel frame. Some have reported electrical problems, and one day I discovered the adjustment system had "died". It turns out my knee bumped one of the cables under the desk. The manual covers other potential errors: E1: The motor has overheated. Unplug and wait 5 minutes. E2: The top load is too heavy (100lb max). Check for obstructions, reduce the load, or help pull up until the gears are greased. E3/4: The motor is not powered or voltage too low. Check connections under desk or check green light on power adapter. Other: Do a system reset. Unplug the desk, hold the lock button, and plug it back in. Hold the lock button until desk begins to lower, and reached "BOT" position. Release lock button only then. The small tradeoffs in checking the wiring or the manual are well worth the price. If you'd rather get a Ferrari, I'll meet you in Maranello and tell you where to get the best gelato while you're at it, but for me - I'm going for the hot dog & soda combo for $1.50.

So Close to Love
I bought two of these desks in 2023 after my body REVOLTED against even one more day of "sitting in one place all day" during an all-day online conference! One desk is for me and one for my daughter. I feel so much better having the option to stand whenever I want. Game changer. This model is sturdy, nice simple but stylish design, and the outlets, as planned, are helpful. In fact, my partner, my daughter and I all like the design, which is no small feat. CAVEAT: I am however nervous because my charging portals are inconsistent and the up/down controls don't always work. I have to plug-in my cords "just so" or the ports don't make a connection (and no charging happens). If I do get a port to work, it may flick off . . which is a pain. And a couple of days my desk would not raise! I was presenting for work, and so I was pretty flustered, but it seemed to reset after I unplugged and replugged the desk from the outlet. To be honest, I'd probably take it back to see if I could get another one, but it's pretty heavy and difficult to move; so I am crossing my fingers and hoping this all works out. My daughter's desk is fine, and plus, this is the best looking and most conveniently designed adjustable desk that I've seen, especially for the price!

Unresponsive
We purchased 3 of these desks. One of the desks does not work in that it does not raise or lower. We have tried contacting the company now since 1-3-2023 and have not received any response. Bad company!!! Look for another

Look and works great…except
After the east setup, I find out that only one of the side ports work! Only one of the usb-c ports work, the other two don’t.

Adjustable Desk
Little less quality product than earlier versions; less thick drawer, and panel was cracked upon receipt out of box...

Be prepared to modify
I really want to like this desk, but I don’t. If it were easy to take it apart and carry, I would return it. Pros: easy to assemble, the glass top is a nice feature, looks sleek. Cons: heavy, too tall, bar across the bottom makes putting a footrest impossible. It has more of an office industrial feel. I had to buy a keyboard drawer and still trying to figure out how I can attach it to the drawer. I thought adding a dual monitor arm would be easy. By the time I’m done modifying I will have spent about her $150. I wish I just bought a different desk.

Great at First
Absolutely loved this desk ….. UNTIL only 6 weeks in the electrical components stopped working. I’m in touch with manufacturer - but what a pain! I work from home so any delay impacts my schedule. Reddit shows it’s apparently an ongoing issue - why doesn’t Costco force the manufacturer to fix this before selling it to us?? I don’t have a car so can’t return without a major expense. Manufacturer wants to send me new electrical that I have to install myself - not sure how to do and don’t have any help. They should send a repair man or someone to pick up to unassemble and exchange. Really a downer.

Great desk, not great QC
Bought two of these desks locally for my children when they were on sale. One worked fine, the other went up and never came down. Flashing E3 error code and beeping, a common problem when researching this. Tried all the Google and YouTube tricks to no avail. Engaged Tresanti customer support. First they sent a new motor without any instructions. Thankfully I am not intimidated by this and install without issue. The problem is still there. I called back since they don't really do anything on their web ticket portal, and this time they sent me a new control board. Came with instructions, one step of removing the glass was really a challenge, but I got it. Desk works now. 3 stars since it seems to be a quality product when it works and phone support did help me, -2 for the QC that led to this common and significant issue in the first place.

I would avoid.
LOVED this desk while it worked correctly for 3 weeks. Unfortunately, like many other folks, the desk's features quit working (going up/down and the USB/USC chargers). After many online searches I found out this is a common issue and Tresanti's customer service is not quite up to par, so I plan on returning this desk for a refund. If you want an expensive office desk that doesn't go up and down, this would be a great purchase.

Needs a keyboard tray - so I added one
I bought this desk knowing that I would not like having the keyboard on the desktop. After using the desk for a week or so, sometimes standing and sometimes sitting, I decided I would keep the desk. It is worth the money I paid. However, I knew I would not LOVE the desk until I figured out how to add a keyboard tray under the desk. Some reviewers said they would not recommend the desk due to the keyboard height problem. I found a post on reddit for this same model of desk saying that they found a keyboard tray that they installed to the bottom of the drawer. I chose the same 24" model as they did and installed it. (I will share the particular model if Costco says it is okay. However, Costco may consider the online retailer to be a competitor so I will not name it here without Costco's approval. Regardless, I will provide some useful things to consider when looking for a keyboard tray as well as a photo of my setup and particulars about how I installed it.) When my keyboard tray is pushed all the way in, it protrudes about 1" from the front of the desk. When pulled out all the way, it protrudes 9" from the front of the desk. Two things are problematic with respect to adding a keyboard tray to this desk: 1) there is a structural bar below the desktop, between the table legs, which limits how far back the tray mounting brackets can be, and 2) the only place to mount the tray is to the bottom of the desk drawer, which limits how wide apart the mounting brackets can be. My tray is 23.5" wide by 13" deep, which is adequate for my full-size keyboard and trackball. If you use a mouse, you may need more width. The drawer can only accommodate another couple inches wider brackets. I did not use the screws supplied with the keyboard tray to attach the brackets to the underside of the drawer. Instead, I bought eight small, 6-32, 1/2" long steel machine screws, eight matching nuts and sixteen matching washers. After assembling the keyboard tray with its rails and brackets, I got under the desk and positioned the assembly such that it was centered left to right on the desk drawer, with the rear brackets touching the front edge of the desk's structural bar mentioned earlier. Then I used a pencil to mark where I needed to drill holes for mounting the assembly to the drawer bottom. I recommend drilling small pilot holes from beneath the drawer, then double-checking inside the drawer, using one of the mounting brackets, that the holes are the right distance apart. Once you are confident that the pilot holes are in the right place, drill the final, larger holes from above. I managed to do the installation by myself but when doing the final attachment of the tray assembly to the desk, it would have been easier with someone working above while someone worked below.

Great adjustable desk!
Well, this Desk. I like the three programmable settings: one for sitting, one for standing, and one for my treadmill. Just remember to lock your settings, so your desk doesn’t move in the middle of a meeting. The drawer is large and holds quite a bit. The desk has plenty of room for my two monitors, plus my laptop. I’ve had this for two months and so far it’s been perfect.

Gréât desk good quality !
This is a great desk has enough room for two monitors and a laptop… good quality, and a nice area to keep desk “things” in… There is also a timer that reminds you to stand … My only con is that the settings are on top of the desk instead of in the side so if you hit it by accident with you or or mouse be prepared to start standing !

Great desk!
Exactly what i was looking for. Fits a large monitor and a laptop stand with plenty of extra space around them. Pretty easy to assemble by myself, a second person would've made it a lot easier to flip the table right side up. Control buttons are a little sensitive but locking them so they aren't triggered by anything I place on top of them works great. Middle bar is a huge plus as a foot rest.

Lowers itself unexpectedly
I just bought this yesterday, and the desk will not stay at the height that I set it to. It slowly lowers itself to its lowest setting. I’ve tried hitting the lock button, doesn’t work. I tried unplugging it, doesn’t work. It just doesn’t want to stay up. And it’s not a weight limit issue because I have way less than 100lbs on top, just a laptop and monitor. I’m going to try exchanging it, but what a hassle, this thing was so heavy and hard to move.

Cross bar at feet in your way
This table is not good currently they way it's built. The cross bar in the bottom will prevent you from putting your let properly. You will develop Sciatica after few months of use.

Great Desk but Poor Design
The desk works great is easy to use. I have had it for a few months. What I don't like is the controls to raise it are on the right side. Right where your mouse goes. so you either have to cover it with a mousepad or unplug otherwise it will be going up and down all day. The other thing that concerns me is that once I pick a height, the desk slowly goes down.

Worked for one month then lost all power
The desk worked fine for about one month, then lost all power. The owners manual is inadequate as is the troubleshooting section of the website. I called Tresanti and was on hold for 15 minutes then gave up. The recorded message referred me to their website for troubleshooting and assistance. Sadly my friend, you are going back to the warehouse for a refund.

Best Adjustable Desk
Was a little skeptical with no reviews when I purchased this online. I've had this desk a little over a month. I work remotely and I stand up a lot throughout the day. I've had no issues with adjusting the desk when I stand and sit. I use the usb-c ports for my phone and I love that feature. I love the size and color of the desk. It was super easy to put together. All I had to do was attach the legs to the desk. Highly recommend.
