Really helps for mastitis!
I had bought these while pregnant because they seemed like a useful product (and when you're pregnant you get to urge to buy ALL THE THINGS). Once I started nursing I didn't really have any need for them though, I didn't experience discomfort or any soreness. Until I got mastitis. If you know, you know. Tuck these things into your bra, hot or cold, and feel some relief! Especially nice right after a hot shower and pre-puming or nursing! They will help those clogged ducts! I found it very helpful to shake or squeeze them a bit right after microwaving to move the beads around and distribute the heat. DON'T microwave them any longer than the package says, you'll think they're not warm enough, but they are!

If I could do it again I wouldn’t save your money momma
This is the best post partum. I put it in the fridge and place on engorged tatas to reduce swelling and pain. And if I ever get a clogged duct its nice too. Can be used warm or cold. I don't recommend putting in the microwave or freezer. Put in warm water like you would a bottle or in fridge for cool. Its the size of your open hand from wrist to spread open finger tips so a nice size to cover where needed but conforms to whatever placement you need to give you comfort. Totally worth the money usually $9-$11.

Really helps for mastitis!
These have been a lifesaver for this breastfeeding mama. Was going through nipple cream like it was water and still having so much discomfort. Found these about 2 months in and so wish I had had them from the beginning. Nice that they can be used either hot or cold, but I use them frozen. You'd think it would be uncomfortable, but they're not too cold as long as you use the covers that come with them. They live in my freezer and I use them several times a day. Best 9 bucks I ever spent!!!

Mom of 8 here, this is the best post partum
First time mom- They heat up fast and have helped me when I have clogged ducts and when I was engorged in the beginning I heat mine up separately, no longer than 11-13 sec each and have not had an issue. Any longer and they’re too hot. Idk what some ppl are doing to theirs to get them to explode? I even massage on top of mine when pumping and have yet to see them explode. You do have to even out the beads from time to time In each section, but it takes just a couple of seconds.

I absolutely loved this product when nursing my son. I was prone to clogged ducts, and these really helped to sooth the pain and get things moving again. I'll be purchasing them again for our baby due in the fall. I'd like to note that I had no problem whatsoever with my packs popping open or melting. I probably heated these over 100 times in the microwave, and never experienced an issue with them. Seems more likely to me that people are putting them in the microwave too long and being impatient or on too high a microwave power, yet not wanting to admit to it and writing a bad review instead. Highly recommend this product!

Incredible, but get the red label instead if taking for fertility; this is unsafe
I love these, but they contain the unsafe form of vitamin E. If you need to take more than one per day, get the one with the red label instead, as it doesn’t have the added dl-vitamin E. It’s unsafe for some people, and since there’s no way to know until it’s too late, don’t take the risk. Qunol makes the other one that is safe. I am taking this for TTC, so I need 600mg per day. If You’re TTC, get the red bottle, and take 6 per day spread out; and do 10 burpees every day no matter what. You will be amazed at the changes in your body in 1 month, 3 months. And by 3 months, all your eggs will have fresh new mitochondria — the key to reducing trisomies after age 40. I have so much energy, it feels like the clock has turned back 20 years.

Incredible, but get the red label instead if taking for fertility; this is unsafe
Took it for only 2 months and it had lowered my cholesterol by 20 pts. Also, I suffered from debilitating muscle cramps due to some bipolar meds I have to take - my cramps are COMPLETELY gone. I also understand from talking to others who take statin drugs that they have muscle problems and this brand of CoQ10 has pretty much eliminated them.

66 year old male. I've been on a statin for about a year and a half. I was at my semi annual Dr. appointment, and I was complaining of "muscle, and joint pain. Bad leg cramps. Muscle aches. Non stop. Love this product
Lessen the side effects of the Statin Crestor. So far after 4 months CHOL went from 235 to 148. Triglycerides made another similar substantial drop also this is a must used supplement when you're taking statins

After surgery pain relief that I never expected from a suplement!
I was not expecting the results I received from this CO Q10 supplement. I took 1 capsule before bedtime every night, and at first didn't notice any difference in terms of energy. After about 3 weeks though, it kicked in full force. I haven't had this much energy in years. I'm 64 and feel like 44. It's also lifted my mood. I am sold and a Force to be reckoned with! It really WORKS. It's The BEST of the BEST!
I am in heart failure my EF is 30-35% the Dr's have to be very careful with medication because I have great blood pressure, my heart rate runs close to 130. this is top quality COQ10.Great for enhancing your blood quality and help your heart. Protects against heart problems. Simple, easy to swallow and will do you a lot of good. My Dr. ordered an annual blood test and the deep, rich red blood just flowed out real easy, no struggles with needles getting enough blood. The assistant complimented me on my blood (first time that ever happened). I asked why, she said taking COQ10 improves our blood.! Give it a try. There are cheaper brands, but Qunol is a very good brand.

Works quickly to eliminate bone, joint pain caused by statin/blood pressure drugs
After suffering a heart attack my cardiologist recommended taking a coenzyme Q10. I did my usual research and decided quality far outweighs quantity. There are several similar products available at lower prices but similar is not the comparison needed. Similar is not saying "it’s the same". Long term buyer
I was getting chest pains from an artery that likes to spasm apparently. It took a long time to figure it out due to I'm only 49 and they couldn't find anything wrong with my heart. I also take a low dose statin. My daughter had read somewhere that statins can build plaque up in your arteries and it was recommended to take coq10 if you took statins. I asked my doctor and she agreed it was worth it. I still get the chest pain once in awhile, but down probably 90% from what it was. The only downfall I've seen is I believe it thins the blood. If I get cut now, I bleed more.
