Authentic and good!
We hosted a Chinese exchange student and while he was with us, he had his 16th birthday. He said they were authentic and just like back in China. I thought they were good.

Delicious - I understand ramen noodles are even contraband in prison.
I have always loved ramen noodles and having them in my pantry is so fun. What I love about them is that you can put anything into them, salmon, broccoli, asparagus etc. and with no muss end up with a great lunch or dinner item. I've never been to Asia, but eating these makes me feel like I'm building the railroad, and that I'm part of the big picture. They're delicious as is, but my thing is to put leftovers into it... to make a full meal in a bowl.

I love these! So glad I was able to find them online!!
was a little skeptical but they taste just the way they used to and no PEAS used to have to take them out brought me back to my childhood I highly recommend them will be ordering more soon. I usually don't reviews items but I know what it feels like to miss this soup and want people to know it is the REAL DEAL.

This is my favorite flavor of ramen hands down
I have recently embarked on an endeavor to replace all of the blood in my body with a widening variety of Maruchan Instant Lunch broths, and, so far as early signs indicate, I am not yet dead. I admit that I once stayed away from Maruchan Instant Lunch because I had been repeatedly disappointed by purchases of a different - but, I once assumed, comparable - brand of easily-prepared noodles: Nissin Cup Noodles and Nissin Souper Meal. In my personal experience, these Nissin offerings are either hopelessly bland or expect you to pinch your nose while shoveling the noodles out of an odorous cardboard tub into your tortured maw. I have not yet encountered a happy medium, and I think I lack the courage to continue my pursuit of one. (This is a touch hyperbolic, but suffice it to say that I am not a fan.) Abstaining from the consumption of Maruchan Instant Lunch turned out to be an act of ignorance (borderline sin, really) on my part; as it turns out, they're pretty great. I've tried the cheddar, chicken, shrimp, sriracha, and - perhaps most notably - a few of the hot and spicy flavor varieties. While the regular chicken's kind of "meh" unless I'm especially hungry or nursing a sick stomach, we've quite enjoyed all or most of the others. We enjoy the spicy chicken variety topped with a few buffalo chicken pieces, and, for me, it's good enough to risk the inevitable and sometimes merciless revenge of acid reflux. I'd love to get my hands on a box of the chipotle variety, but I've yet to see it at a reasonable price during one of my uncontrollable bouts of window-shopping. I'm not really, explicitly saying that you should buy Maruchan Instant Lunch products. If anything, this is a plea for you NOT to buy them, so that I may tirelessly hunt them down online or in grocery stores and buy them myself. I still have too much of this pesky blood stuff, and the emptied Instant Lunch cups whisper sweet - albeit haunting and rather questionable - promises to me in the night about a complete transformation into a Being of Spicy Broths. Some of this review was exaggerated for the purpose of facetiousness; though I challenge you to figure out which parts.

SO EXCITED
I am so glad they started making this soup again! It's just like the old days but even better ---- they removed the dehydrated peas!!! So delicious! Every bite of this wonton soup is one more step on the walk down memory lane.

Worry not: I will be fine. Probably.
Flavor: For the cost? dude, it's probably the best and cheapest meal available. don't let critics lie. Eat one or two of these and save 5-10 dollars for lunch. Works every time. Easy to use: Boil water, pour into cup, blam. You're not really supposed to use a microwave, but .... I won't tell if you dont. Value for money: Literally the same price, if not, a quarter more than what you pay for at the store. EBT eligible, and you literally don't have to go to the store and buy the whole thing and wait for a person to scan them. If you are more comfortable shopping at home, than I would order these. Overall: No necessary grocery store shopping, no hauling and unpacking, no scanning --- and honestly, it's the same price, if not, maybe 25-50 cents more. I did the math. All of these (beef, cup) came around to be the same price as what I got at the store. I can't say it's the same for all the other flavors on there. I ordered 3 boxes full. None of them arrived damage. Good stuff!

Delicious - I understand ramen noodles are even contraband in prison.
I believe cost is important when determining value, so I try to include my purchase price in all of my reviews. In this case I paid $3.15 and I believe that makes this a solid deal. Maruchan is about the bottom of the Ramen barrel, but we've all eaten far too many of them so I don't need to explain it to you. The Shrimp flavor is one of the better ones for my taste. This is the cup or ramen which is both good and bad. As a ramen, the cup is super convenient, but unlike other ramen manufacturers, the seasoning is loose in the cup, not in a packet. So you can't easily forego all that salt/msg/etc, and flavor the noodles yourself. Prices can be crazy from 3rd party sellers so remember this goes for about 4 bucks elsewhere.

good to have on hand
I bought these because they were cheap and since my kids like Ramen, I figured the might like these. The first time we tried them no one honestly liked them, they were ok but not very good. A couple days later I made one, deciding to just let boiling water sit in it and not microwave it, and then went to fold laundry, well I accidentally let it set for about 15-20 minutes with the hot water in it. When I went back to it, it was actually so much better. So now we use boiling water to line and let it sit for about 15 min, the noodles are softer and have more flavor. This is now a favorite after school food for my kids.

❤️ delicious, easy and surprisingly filling, cheap!
Oh wow, I didn't think that they made these anymore and I was actually looking for a substitute. I fell upon some hard times and started looking for cheap eats that got me through college. When I saw that these wonton noodles were back in production I felt like it was a sign from God that I have a chance to start over again! I quickly ordered a box of them and they arrived in mint condition! I miss the hot and sour flavor, but add some siracha sauce to them and they are DELICIOUS! Oh man, you gotta try these, best instant noodles on the market today!

Taste great
I really like the Shrimp or Miso flavors of the Maruchan noodles...but the cheddar cheese is my favorite. However, DO NOT follow the instructions and fill to the fill line with boiling water, unless you want very watery mac n' cheese soup (not so great). Instead, fill to just an inch above the dried noodles, about two inches below the fill line. This makes it a creamier mac n' cheese consistency, rather than all watery. I also like to toss in a teaspoon of butter or margarine to add a little more creamy texture. Then it's pretty darn good. And at under a dollar per cup, it's a good value too. Makes for a fairly filling meal.

A blast from the past! YUMMY INSTANT WONTONS!
Great flavor! Was trying to buy something cheap to eat for lunch while on lunch break. This is really cheap, convenient, and a flavor I hadn't seen in the store. I'd say it's slightly more expensive then buying in the store, but it was totally worth it to avoid going out in public during this crazy time we are living in. It's Ramen! These don't come with flavor packets like the rectangular plastic-wrapped packages of Ramen do so don't worry if you don't see one and were expecting it. They say you shouldn't heat up the styrofoam cup it comes in so I heat up a microwave-safe measuring cup full of filtered water in the microwave for around 3 minutes or so till bubbling separately. Then CAREFULLY pour the hot water in cup, and cover for 3 minutes like the directions say... that's how and when the noodles cook. Then stir and eat with chopsticks. Enjoy!
