Hard to find
I used to get these from my supermarket, but not lately. A holiday is just not the same without rutabaga to me. I used to cut up a fresh one, but now I’m old and have arthritis in my hands, so the cans work out better for me.

Where I live people don't know what you are talking about when you ask for rutabegas and canned ones are really rare so I was thrilled to find these. Kind of pricey but worth it given the amount of work involved to cook from scratch.
