These have ample amount of vitamin B12. These are really good dietary supplements and have effectively helped my body regain the lost energy and activeness. These do not have any harmful chemicals and are completely safe!

Really works!
Excellent product that aids in maintaining composure and a sound mind in high-pressure work environments. It is perfect food for the brain. There's a lot of vitamin B12 in these. These are excellent dietary supplements that have significantly improved my body's vitality and activity levels.

The people that are saying what a great product this is are people that are deficient in the vitamins and minerals that are in this supplement. It works on everyone but it depends on your level of deficiency how big of an effect it gives you. I do like it but I do not need all the vitamins and minerals that are in Meta Seven as I get them other ways. I just wanted to clear up the FACT of if this works or if it doesn't. It ALL DEPENDS on you. So those people slamming on Meta Seven and saying it doesn't work at all are... well ignorant. Like I said IT DOES WORK ON EVERYONE. I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU TRY IT FOR ONE MONTH AND SEE How it makes your feel. If you don't notice a big difference then that is actually a good thing because that means you are getting all those vitamins and minerals elsewhere. But for the Majority of the people it will make you feel so much better. Why am I only giving four stars out of five? Because this should have been explained so people would know why it is working or not working.

I have been taking META SEVEN for the last two years. I have a disease called fibromyalgia. Two of its main symptoms our pain and fatigue. Since developing this disease I have fought chronic fatigue daily. I tried Meta Seven the first time to see if it would help with the fatigue. It's seem to work well. When the bottle ran out I didn't order anymore and that's when I found out how helpful it really was to me. I want to unbearable fatigue for some days I couldn't get out of bed and could sleep all day. My life was literally passing me by. So after about a month of going through this I ordered another bottle. I take it daily vitamin that helps. I don't need naps every day and I don't have a problem with "Fibro fog". I am very thankful that I found Dr. Gilmore's product. I'm not one to order things online without knowing anything about them but I'm just so happy I took the chance and ordered Meta Seven. Will that work for everyone that has chronic fatigue. I don't know. Is it a cure, no it's not but it does make a difference in my life in helping me to have more energy to get through the day and do more of the things that I like to do. For me it has been a blessing.

Only vitamin I've stuck with!
Great product. It gives me energy that I have been missing for a long time. I bought this a few months ago and after a month I got off because of some financial problems. Since being off of it I have notice I am starting to feel like I did before I tried this product. Well I'm getting back on it. It does work for me.

Great to have energy again

I was looking for a good vitamin that would actually help me increase my energy and feel better. After just a few days on Meta-Seven, I'm already feeling the effects of more energy and my appetite has decreased which is great for me. Around 1-2:00pm I would always want to take a nap to recharge and I'm finding that a nap is not necessary even if I've only had a few hours of sleep. You don't get the jittery feeling like you do with energy drinks loaded with caffeine either. Thank you Dr. Gilmore!

I love this!
I feel better energy and mood wise. I have been through a lot in the past (caretaker to my daughter who passed away in January of 2019, we found out she had advanced case Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis in 2017). Getting out of bed was hard for me even though I did it, Meta Seven gave me that extra lift i needed. I do take Meds for depression this just seemed to lift me and give me Energy I needed.

Does exactly what it says it does. Tried a few on line products that wasn't what they say it was. For me had to really limit caffeine intake or I would be up through the night. Best to stop caffeine and tell you know how this product works in your system. Otherwise I give it a 'A+'

Meta-Seven has given me a great boost. It’s not like s coffee jolt, but a “slow-burn” that helps me through the times when I’d really like to go back to bed! I really don’t notice the effect until I run out!

I’ve been taking Meta-seven for 4 months. Between my office visits of Sept. and Dec. I lost 15 pounds. I was shocked because I’ve Been trying a long time to lose weight and it wouldn’t come off. I didn’t get a lot of energy but I had to go off all supplements for 2 weeks for a procedure next week. Today my husband asked me why I was so tired yesterday and today!?? I’ve been off Meta-seven for 9 days! I will never stop taking it!

This is an awesome supplement to take with your multi vitamin I bought a thirty day supply it has done exactly what the Dr Gilmore has stated I have lost 5 lbs off of this I have not had any coffee at all and I have energy to be awake I work 2nd shift so I'm up this is a wonderful wonderful vitamin supplement getting ready to order some more now.
