Wanted to try his own cinnamon chip bread.
My husband loves to make bread and has made cinnamon bread for the past 40+ years but we tried some Great Harvest cinnamon chip bread and I loved it so because he loves me, he tried it and now we both love it. A "brilliant" idea and our last name is Brilliant!

These cinnamon flavored mini chips are perfect for adding a pop of flavor to any of your baked goods. I bought them specifically for adding to homemade muffins and they're absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them for anyone who likes to bake.

Delicious addition to scones and cookies
I'm not sure what the categories are for that I was supposed to choose from like "warmth", "fit", etc. However, I do like these chips to put in Christmas cookies. They give a Christmasy taste. Not too strong.

Wish I had done more research
These cinnamon chips added the perfect texture and taste to my cookie recipe. I have purchased them a 2nd time. A much richer flavor than the national brands you may or may not find at your local grocery store.
