Return policy: Returns accepted only if item doesn't match description, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Upon inspection, S/N or special markings verification, your full purchase price will be refunded.  Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges of part returned.  All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the item to process your return.

Reason of incompatibility or any other reason except reason mentioned above is not accepted as reason for return.

Shipping Address: We can only ship to the registered PayPal address provided with your order.  If you require shipping to an alternate address for gifts, etc., please add the address to your PayPal account PRIOR to completing your purchase (you can delete the address later).  Most of our orders ship via the US Postal Service so please ensure the shipping address provided meets postal street or PO box requirements; we are not responsible for shipments returned for no delivery address, no receptacle, insufficient address, expired forwarding or other address deficiencies.  Orders that include a shipping address located in Illinois will be charged sales tax.

Shipping/Delivery Time: We ship your item within 1 business day after we receive your payment. When an item has left our location we no longer have control over the delivery time on your item. But we will cooperate as much as we can to get your product to you as soon as possible. But please understand that we have no control of the Postal Service and if your item is for some reason delivered after the time estimated please do not leave a negative feedback.
