Choline Brain Booster - helps improve memory
I used this product with some other supplements and got results, these products are hard to review, because they will work differently with each person and sometimes they won't work, I can not take these for long periods of time, I build a resistance to them fast and so I stop using them, then come back with a change up. That is just me I can't say it will work for anyone else and not trying to. Hope this is of help.

Not for everyone ...
I'll cut to the chase, it works. BUT, read on a little further as to how and why I used it. I'd been having jumbled thoughts and slurred speech for a few months that got progressively worse. Went to check in with my doctor who ran a battery of blood tests and every cognitive test she knew and came up empty. One day, I was reading up on nootropics and such and came across this stuff. The article said it helped others with the kind of problems I was having. So, I ordered a bottle. Lo and behold, a few days after purchase, the slurred speech began to diminish and the jumbled thoughts were gone soon after. As a died in the wool skeptic, I chalked it up to a placebo effect. Or so, I thought. But, those issues lessen by the day. I'm very impressed. If you're like me and the thought of cognitive decline scares the crap out of you, SEE YOUR DOCTOR FIRST!!! Get some recommendations from them if they have some. Do your due diligence and NEVER just take someone's word on stuff like this, INCLUDING MINE! But, start working on getting better ASAP. This helped me and it seems to work for me. Will it work for you, I don't know. These are just my observations after trying it and ordering a second bottle, as well. One last thing, I used 100mg's of caffeine with 2 capsules twice a day to start with. You DON'T have to use caffeine like I did. It's just what I did because I knew it would enhance the effect as I respond well to caffeine. I included a picture of my preferred caffeine, just in case you wish to know which one I use. Any will do, of course. It's a 9/10 for me. It would've been a 10 if it was a tad bit cheaper or offered more pills for the price.

Results can be different for each person
My wife recently tried piracetam and got headaches from use. Everything that I knew about piracetam pointed to low acetylcholine levels. This is the best compound for supplementing acetylcholine. After just two days of taking reccomended dosage, she immediately began to notice she no longer felt sluggish during the morning hours. She began tracking her thinking abilities with Sudoku and her times were getting faster in completion. She was very impressed with the effects of this supplement and began giving it to our teenage son. He has a problem swallowing capsules, so she would open the capsule and add it to the yogurt he would eat for breakfast. Our son has always been and a/b/c student and since he has been adding this to his diet daily, he is now an All A's student. This is more than a placebo effect if your body lacks acetylcholine. Give it a try if you feel you're missing that edge on brain processing and memory control

Wondering if this stuff works? Read my brief review...
After taking one capsule, I noticed that I was able to formulate thoughts a little better, and I also noticed that I was able to think a little deeper into certain subjects. I did not feel any stimulating effects, such as is the case after drinking a cup of coffee. It was more as if my brain was able to analyse and process information much better. I also remember dreaming at night after taking this, though I am not sure if this is common. I expect that pairing this with caffeine and L-Theanine should work well. Update: I stopped taking this (1 per day) after developing a cramp on my foot and my neck after two days of consumption. My left bicep also began twitching after I stopped taking this, and has been doing so for the past 6-7 days, which is kind of worrisome. I guess that I will have to give Acetyl L-Carnitine a try instead.

Could this be a miracle suppliment?
I believe this product actually may have a benefit. I have read that choline substitutes do improve memory retention and thought process. I've tried calling substitutes before but decided to try this one. Some evidence that it has better brain barrier bioavailability. I've been taking it on and off for the last several weeks. It's hard to say if it's the coffee or this product but clearly after I take it I do see some improvement in thought and attention span. It seems that if I take it before I do some editing work or some intensive reading I have the ability to hold my thought and be a little bit more analytic. I have yet to determine if it's a placebo effect. But I perceive some benefit and will continue using it
