Be patient.
My experience with your product has been very positive. I had been dealing with Sciatica for 10 years. Over the 10 year period I had tried acupuncture, deep tissue massage, Bencomin, and even back surgery to release my suffering but to no avail. My symptoms were such that I could not walk 100 yards without needing to turn around and come back to the house because the sciatic nerve on my right side was just too painful. The sensation would usually gather between my calf and ankle. My sciatica would only flair up when I tried to walk, or stand in one place. I was fortunate in that it didn’t bother me when I was sitting or lying down. About a year ago I read about Curcumin on-line and decided to give it a try. A natural remedy that decreased inflammation made a lot of sense to me. For the first six months I took two capsules a day every morning. After which I would walk 10,000 steps. (I had just gotten a new Fit Bit to encourage me to walk.) Many times during my walk I would have to stop and stretch backwards to relieve the building sciatic sensation. Each day I had to stretch between 5 and 20 times for about a minute to complete my walking session. Each time I stretched I was able to walk at least 1,000 more steps before I had to do it again. Getting a good night’s rest was important in terms of the numbers of times I would have to stop and stretch in order to keep going. For with good rest, I noticed that I would have to stretch a fewer number of times. After about 8 months, listening to my intuition, I decreased the dose to one capsule a day. This worked and after a few days of doing this, I was able to do my 10,000 steps without having to stretch once. Thus now I am pleased to say that the sciatic problem that had plagued me for 10 years is for the last four months well under control. The most happy thing about my progress with the Curcumin is that I can now stand, hike and dance without complaint. (Knock on wood and keep taking my Curcumin each morning.) Thank you so much for your product, it has worked wonders for me.

Misleading product
I really appreciate this product. I'm currently battling a host of autoimmune disorders, with Rheumatoid Arthritis being the worst. This Curcumin has been my primary supplement for reducing inflammation and joint pain, especially in my knees, shoulders and hands. Not all Curcumin supplements are the same. I really appreciate the purity of this product, the potency level and the addition of BioPerine for better bioavailability. The addition of organic Ginger is also nice, too, as it also has anti-inflammatory properties. I also have a lot of food sensitivities, so I also like that this is free of the top 8 allergens - since I have problems with all of them. Thanks for creating a potent and safe product that has enabled me to get off my prescription pain meds!!

Be patient.
I was suffering premenopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, achy joints, weight gain, poor circulation, etc. My doctor who is also a holistic doctor, understood that I would prefer not to take prescription drugs and recommended that I start taking turmeric with black pepper either in powder form or by capsule supplement. I use turmeric in cooking, but not nearly enough or often enough to be beneficial to my health. I did some research on the internet and read reviews on Amazon for dozens of different products. It's very important to me to take supplements that are organic, no GMO and with little to no fillers or by-products and preferably made in the USA. That's when I came across NatureWise Curcumin and I couldn't be more happy with a product. Within the 1st week I noticed a reduction in joint pain and by the 2nd week my hot flashes had significantly reduced and no night sweats! A reduction in hot flashes allowed me to begin exercising again, which has helped my circulation and weight-loss. Great for Inflammation and Joint Pain
I started taking Curcumin after reading an article about all the benefits of eating Turmeric. After taking 2 a day for 2 weeks I noticed that the brown spots on my face pretty much disappeared. I could not believe it! Sincerely my skin is glowing. Obviously I will continue taking this and stick with the NatureWise brand. What a God-send!

Works great for perimenopausal & menopausal symptoms
Great supplement, if you are someone who drinks alcohol or does "other things" on a regular basis and looked into taking better care of yourself, these are 100% for you. It literally makes you feel better within a few days, especially your liver and kidneys. The mixture of ginger that calms your stomach and black pepper that helps you absorb the Turmeric in this supplement, makes it incredibly effective and useful. It simply makes you life better, especially if you're someone that goes a little "too hard" on a pretty regular basis. It's just a great product for improving your health and overall makes you feel better every day. 10/10 would recommend and I will continue to be a life-long customer!

It is amazing!
I bought this for my husband on my account....so this is actually his review: I just received my 2nd bottle. It's working great! My shoulders were killing me and my right knee was swollen. It is bone on bone, but the swelling has gone away. My shoulders are so much better! I'm having the knee replaced in Oct 2018, but I can't believe how much better I feel with all my joints....since I'm riddled with arthritis. It's part of my daily medications now. I have it shipped automatically from Amazon now. Thank you for an excellent product!

Great supplement, if you are someone who drinks alcohol ...
I had an accident 4 years ago and hurt my back. As a result, I had to take prescription NSAID daily and they didn't help much. I started to take this Curcumin product to replace the NSAID over a year ago and it worked much better. As an unexpected benefit, it helped with the seasonal stomach problems I had because of allergies. My GI doctor, who has treated me for almost a decade, was surprised by the improvement and told me to continue taking Curcumin to prevent inflammation of the stomach lining. I have not had to take any of my regular medicines in over 6 months.

I have been using a Turmeric supplement to help battle my health condition(Multiple sclerosis). I decided to try the Curcumin supplement due to advise i received from a friend. I had originally decided to try this supplement for the antioxidant benefits... but when I saw that it was made by a brand that I had previously tried, I was more than motivated to try it out. I didn't believe that it would do much of anything because modern medicines for my condition have given me more stress than results. I have been using this supplement paired with a Turmeric supplement for a few months now and I recently received the results of my latest MRI and my condition is Stable and has remained stable since my last scan. I am one happy girl!! The other benefits that I have experienced with this magical capsule are the reduction of the inflammation due to my illness that usually plagues my walking capabilities. I normally have more still days than usual but since using this along with other supplements... I have been walking a little better than in the beginning of my diagnosis. It has helped with my depression. I know that my statement is less impactful than it probably should be when talking about depression but it has HELPED MY DEPRESSION. I have been experiencing the ugly symptoms of depression along with my Ms for about 3 years. I did not want to take any medication for it because the effects outweighed my desire to feel happy again. It took a little while since I began using the combination of the supplements to see it... I didn't realize it because I am use to feeling down in the dumps. I have suffered with bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome since 2001, already having surgery once in my right wrist. In the last year or so I have developed tennis elbow and tendonitis also on both arms. Working as a Medical Assistant, the use of my arms is crucial. I have used braces at night, elevated my arms, iced them, heated them, used braces at work as much as possible (I do a lot of procedures with doctors which I am unable to use braces during). My pain was unbearable, the numbness in my left wrist out of control. My arms in general felt useless anymore. Believe it or not, it was a patient of mine who suggested Turmeric with garlic to me. So after much research I decided on this product. On 2/10/21 I started it. I now have NO PAIN in either elbow, the pain in my forearms is reduced GREATLY, and my left wrist is hurting less and numbness has gone down. I had already scheduled an appointment with a surgeon prior to buying this product..I canceled it for now. If I’ve made that much improvement in one month..it can only get better! And yes, I continue to ice, brace and elevate at night, but the braces are becoming less necessary during the day at work! I’m very impressed

I am STABLE!!!
Been using this product for a month now primarily for the purpose of helping with circulation, especially now in the colder months. Honestly, the product hasn't fixed the problem, yet, but I am already starting to see improvement. Even other "cold" prople at work want to know what's changed bc I'm not as bundled up as I have been. I will continue to take this product and love that it is organic! Excellent product! I've been active and fairly fit throughout my life. In the past year, while hiking or biking on the beach, I fell on the same knee 3 times. It got to the point where it was so sore that I had to stop these activities, even casual walks. I visited an orthopaedic surgeon who, after taking x-rays, told me my only options were popping Aleve, as needed, or cortisone shots if Aleve wasn\'t enough. He said I would not be a candidate for knee replacement for 20 yrs or so. For me, those were not options and certainly not solutions. Then I came across the Paleo Diet, and the part that jumped out at me was using/ingesting turmeric to reduce inflammation. I started with their recipe of turmeric paste (made with purified water), adding whole peppercorns, fresh ginger and coconut milk, straining out the peppercorns and ginger once heated and ready to drink. Then I searched online for the cleanest organic turmeric product I could locate and found this one. I have been taking 2 capsules at dinner for over a month and have noticed a remarkable improvement in that knee and an overall feeling of wellness in all my joints. I have visited a wonderfully intuitive chiropractor who has also aided in my recovery, but I know that the turmeric has provided steady relief. It's something I will continue to take to maintain my health and well being.

Misleading product
Okay. I am extremely amazed at this product! I have only been taking it a week, and I have ZERO pain. I am almost in disbelief. Background: I am a 46 year-old female. For the past 2 years, I have experienced horrible hip and groin pain in my right leg. There were times when I could barely walk, and each step I took was excruciating. I began going to a chiropractor in January. Chiropractic appointments helped, but only for a few days, then my pain would return, and each time it returned it was worse, and I had less mobility. The past couple of months, I had noticed that I couldn't tie my right shoe. I didn't have the mobility to reach it, and when I forced it, there was a lot of pain. X-rays of my back (taken 04/18/18) showed arthritis, nerve irritation, and narrowing spaces between the vertebrae. My regular doctor referred me to an orthopedic doctor as a result. I began taking these on 04/24/18. Today is 05/02/18. I can bend over and tie my shoes with full range of motion and with zero pain. I am walking with zero pain. The orthopedic doctor has been calling to schedule an appointment with me, and honestly, I don't know what to do, as I am not experiencing ANY pain right now. If there is a change, and the pain returns, I will do an update. But for now, I am ecstatic!

I love this stuff. I have gone through three bottles already. Keeps infections down. A very strong anti-oxidant. Great anti-inflammatory agent. Helps with digestion. Helps prevent and slows Alzheimer's. Helps relieve gas or bloating, too. This is that spice they put in curried Indian food. Look up on the net how many health benefits it has. It has many. And check out on the net how much to take to prevent or cure those problems you are taking it for. This is a less messy way to take it. The powder is in capsules. I have purchased Turmeric in bulk--it stains everything it touches--very yellow bright stains. This way, no stains.

After being a slave to arthritis pain and limited joint mobility for 2 years, I AM PAIN FREE!
I have fibromyalgia and a good friend did a lot of research on turmeric curcumin and she told me Naturewise Curcumin was the best out of all her research. I bought it and now I’m off all prescription medication and taking the Curcumin 3x a day and I feel great! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Good-For-You-Spice!
I started taking this for joint inflammation due to Lupus, and also for the blood pressure lowering effect. It's been a couple weeks, and I feel like it's starting to make a noticeable difference in the joint pain (haven't noticed anything with blood pressure yet). For the first week I didn't feel any difference at all, week two is when I felt less pain. I understand that it takes several weeks to build up enough in your system to really make a difference, so I plan to update this review in a couple more weeks. I am also taking Cinnamon, which has similar effects. The Cinnamon seems to work within about 30 minutes of taking it, where the curcumin takes time to build up a therapeutic dose. Hopefully both of them together will be the magic charm! Update: It's now been several more weeks and the pain is quite a bit less! I'm actually waking up only feeling stiff. In addition, I'm now seeing the blood pressure lowering benefits (score!). Unlike some (most?) of the other reviewers, I did NOT get this bottle for free in exchange for anything. I purchased it and this is a completely honest review.

Couldn’t Recommend Enough!!
I felt like I really needed to write a review about this product and tell my story. During the summer of 2018, I was in so much pain. It was difficult for me to even walk. I experienced pain in my left knee and hip. My doctor referred me to a specialist whose diagnosis was osteoarthritis in both hips. I'm 59 years old. He told me that I would probably not make it another 10 years without needing hip replacement surgery. I rebuked that statement in the name of Jesus. I left his office limping , but started to do my own research on osteoarthritis. I thank God for this product. I ordered my first bottle in May, 2018. After about 3 months, my pain was gone, I lost 20 lbs. I contribute the weight loss to improved digestion and elimination I experienced after starting curcumin. It has truly been a God send natural healer. My hips and knees no longer pain me and I can wear my heels again. Please try this product if you are experiencing joint pain. Be consistent with it. It does work! This is my honest review. Hopefully, it will help someone with your quality of life. God bless.

Took a couple weeks to notice anything but currently feeling less pain.
I was on a lot of pain meds (narcotics) went off and started taking a lot of IBUs with Curcumin product after a month I was getting major heartburn. I went off both for awhile took curcumin one day NO heartburn. Then I took IBUs by themselves MAJOR heart burn, plus my doctor said IBUs are horrible for kidneys and liver. I am back on curcumin, I feel it’s starting to work it takes awhile to get into your system. I am very excited about this product ..... I have asked no one can or will give me straight answer. How much is the proper doses for major pain in entire back I’m fused in my neck and lower back 2009 and 2010 redo on Lower back screw in the wrong spot. I am trying to get into BNI in phx AZ I have all kinds of problems with my pain they call it post surgery pain. I wish I would of never had surgery. I had herniated disk, missing disk, severe DD and scoliosis. I lean forward about 40 degrees. it’s so painful i will be seeing a specialist for curvature of the spine.. BNI is one of the top rated hospitals to have neurological surgery in the world. It’s not easy to get in but I will wait or not have surgery again.

Please try this product if you have knee or hip pain
I have been taking Tumeric/Curcumin for several years. This is the first time I've purchased the Naturwise brand. I like that I don't taste them when I take them. Since I workout 3 times a week the benefits for cardio and joints is great. I have more stamina I don't ache after exercise. This product is working better than my previous one.

Be patient and diligent about taking it
I have since recommended it to numerous friend and they have seen the benefit as well. This is a great supplement to add to one’s regimen. My only disclaimer would be cautious of using this in tandem with blood thinners. Turmeric is known to thin the blood and this should be taken into consideration. One might not need to avoid entirely but take a smaller dose. I myself only take one a day since I take fish oils and other supplements that thin my blood out (Perhaps consult your physician).

Increases stamina
I’m 50 yrs old avid weight lifter for 34 yrs. Normally for a chest workout use 120 lb dumbbells until lately. 40 lb dumbbells killing my right shoulder bench pressing the weight and had to stop. Went to Dr for X-ray found arthritis and calcium buildup; dr gave me a shot did nothing at all to mask pain. Old gym rat recommended curcumin and after 2 weeks on this product noticeable difference and able to use 60 lb dumbbells increasing weekly. I take 3 a day and firmly believe. I was taking 800 MG Ibuprofen along w pain killers to sleep at night severe discomfort. Curcumin works but take the required 2250 MG’s a day.
