Research, and learn what to look for. Plus it should have all the legal seals
Its smells great, its tastes great, I use it for Oil pulling and it has been working for me. What is Coconut Oil Pulling, its where its cleans your teeth, gets rid of all the germs, cavities, bad breath. you take a tablespoon of it every morning before you brush your teeth let it roll around in your mouth for 5 minutes and then spit it out. the oil works really well for me in general bad teeth germs line runs in the family, even going to the dentist only helps for some time, but oil pulling A++ You get only thing brand, well this brand works for me

This is the most reasonably priced organic unrefined coconut oil available and worth every penny. Buy Bruce Fife’s books: Coconut Cures & Oil Pulling Therapy books. My HDLs are from 87-105 depending on my conditioning level which is crazy. Do not waste your money on cholesterol lowering drugs. Your total cholesterol will always go up with coconut oil but the HDLs will skyrocket and your endurance will increase exponentially. I’ve had a resting HR before of 35-37 bpm weighing 223 lbs and a type 1 juvenile diabetic!! Previously my HDLs were 60-62 on a mackerel diet primarily. Also coconut oil helps people with early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s disease as interviews on youtube rave about it.

Good value in this large container; after reading about the benefits of cococut oil for dogs, I was looking for a larger container for use with the whole family including two bull mastiffs. Not only has this been a staple of cooking for us, but I've seen a tremendous effect on the dogs; coats are softer, shinier, eyes are clearer. Much better results than salmon oil I had purchased for the dogs before, and half the cost! Just one tablespoon a day in their breakfast for the giant breeds has made a huge improvement. Have had no issues with spoilage, very stable. Be aware that melting point for this is around 70-72 degrees, so if you keep it in a warmer spot than that it will become a clear liquid; I can't say if that effects storage, but cooler is better.

Excellent product, great value - give to your dogs today!
First thing you might want to know is that I don't use Coconut Oil for cooking. Nothing against it, but Olive Oil is my go-to cooking oil. I use Coconut Oil for my skin. I started using CO in March as the weather began to warm. I'm an older mom with skin that has gotten amazingly dry over the last five years, so much so that I now use lotion year round. That said, I became tired of rubbing products with questionable chemicals onto my skin. In winter I might have to, but I certainly didn't want to in Spring, Summer, and Fall. So I began using Coconut Oil (CO), adding a few drops of lavender. It's wonderful! My skin tone has improved and it's feels soft all the time now. The lavender, by the way, is a mild and natural antibacterial and fungicide. And maybe that's one of the reasons my skin looks so great. I actually started out using Crisco's product but it's not cold pressed. I bought NUTIVA because I wanted a more natural cold-pressed product. I admit that I can't tell the difference physically between the Crisco CO and the NUTIVA. I prefer the Organic, of course, and NUTIVA is actually cheaper. Recommend. *I should add, so you know, that when my NUTIVA arrived in July that it was entirely liquid. At first I was freaked out, thinking mistakenly that I had purchased the wrong thing. HOWEVER, I soon remembered that it was 99 F degrees outside. I put the Coconut Oil in the fridge and it was perfectly fine. Ships well, although will melt. The bottle is sealed against leaks.
