I like the taste
Just what I wanted to curb my appetite. I like the taste. I just changed it up a bit. I put half milk, half water and several ice cubes in the blender and it comes out so thick that I use a spoon! It's a real treat and it works just fine! (Again.. tastes very, very good.)

Use a blender if you can...
Tastes good. It’s a spoonful light on sweetener so I added Splenda & it’s much better. It’s a bit pricey and I’m not really sure why? I see they added chromium which helps digest fats but you can get that in a multivitamin. For the price I think I’ll pass. And just adjust some other product to the calorie content of this .

great shakes
I think all this kind of stuff is overpriced. But these shakes are an integral part of the diet plan. I can tell when I have t had one for a few days. This was the best price of the places I looked. And these shakes taste really good. I also use the mix to flavor my ice cream.

It’s not all it’s hyped up to be .
I started doing the shakes a year ago and I dropped almost 40 pounds of course using exercise as well but they definitely curbed my appetite and I was doing two shakes a day and I still like the flavor better than any other shake

Good Meal subsitute
My husband and I did Nutrisystem for about a month last year, and we always looked forward to shake time. These shakes were so tasty and smooth. They filled us up and drastically decreased our bloating! I'd definitely buy these on or off the Nutrisystem plan
