Shipping & Return Policy:

We use USPS First Class for most items, and the standard shipping time is approximately 1 week.  All items have a 2 business day handling period, and will usually be shipped with in 48 hours of payment being received (excluding Saturday and Sunday, all items on these days will be shipped the following Monday).  All packages are wrapped carefully to prevent damage, and include a tracking number. For international shipment, we need to collect the shipping from you. If you have problem to pay the shipping. We can send you invoice via paypal. 

We gladly accept returns for a full refund on unopened, unused items within 14 days.  If for ANY reason you feel you cannot leave 5 star feedback, have any questions, or would like to return your item, please contact me first and I will be happy to help. The product displayed is Authentic but the bag you receive is not. I ordered the same bag 4 times and only 1 was authentic. I'm scared to buy anything else named brand because it might not be Authentic

Here's a lesson for you guys: when your woman wants something, you might as well get it, because you'll never hear the end of it. My lady has wanted a Michael Kors backpack for God-knows-how-long (she's bugged me for it so many times I've lost count). "Pwease, pwease, sweetie, get it for me," she'd say with those puppy-dog eyes and I said okay, I'll get it for her for Christmas, which I did. It was well worth the investment. I spent an entire month's paycheck on this baby, and the look on my girl's eyes when she got it--it was absolutely wonderful. Except, of course, for the little nugget she found inside. When she opened the backpack, she noticed a critter sitting comfortably at the bottom of the bag. It was a cute critter... reminded me of a Furby, those demon-possessed toys from the 90s. I'm like, "Oh, God. Please. Not a Furby!" I was fully prepare to perform an exorcism if the thing came alive and attacked me. Much to my surprise, it did. It introduced itself as a "mogwai" and demanded it not be put near water. Well, my girl, so very excited for her Michael Kors backpack, didn't think about the critter's warning, so she picked it up and hugged it and kissed it and called it "Boogie Bear" because, well, that's what she does. And the mogwai said, "No, my name's Chester," but my girl didn't care. She and "Boogie Bear" went near the sink because she wanted to wash him because he was dirty. Well... this THING let out a scream that can only be heard from the crypts of hell. As soon as it touched the water, the mogwai TRANSFORMED INTO A HIDEOUS, GREEN-SCALED BEAST. It called itself "Paul" and proceeded to attack my girl and her family. I got out of that house faster than Rick Astley never giving you up. But, by George, THAT DAMNED THING was in my car. It laughed and snickered and said if I didn't take it for some Chinese food, it would eat me. So we hung out at the local Chinese buffet before it disappeared into the night. It was a very harrowing experience. Needless to say, my girl was quite pleased with this Michael Kors bag and I would highly recommend it. Just check to make sure there are no mogwais in it.

Looovvvveeee my bag so much! The leather is so soft and beautiful and smells so nice. I love how it’s a “tech bag” and has a a lot for me to carry my iPad with me. The only thing I don’t really like is that it only has one zipper for top openings, so when paying at the store I usually have to take it completely off to get my wallet out. It might have been a little more convenient had it had the double zippers like the opening on the bottom. But no biggie, still so beautiful!

This is a super purse, since women's bags keep getting taken they would have trouble taking this one..it is really a beautiful bag. It is perfect and 100 dollars cheaper than at the stores.

Sturdy and very functional
Great bag overall. Bag feels heavy when I stuff it, however, it's not heavy when I wear it as a backpack. It seems to fit more than you think it would inside. It also looks great and the inside sectional pockets are nice to have. I wish it had two zippers on each opening, I find myself looking for the zipper at times. Only the small front pocket has dual zippers. There are several slip pockets on the inside main compartment, as well as a zip pocket, see my photos. I like the long strap with the hook at the end also. I clipped my chain card wallet to one of the loops and it works out great looking for my cards/credit cards.
