Good product
The dietary supplement is nice. It is rich in electrolytes and brings a lot of energy to the body. The flavor is also nice. It is also stimulant-free. There is no sugar in it and it is also GMO-free. It is a vegan product.

Amazing supplement
This natural flavored Oh! mino muscle supplement is perfect for me. It helps in boosting my energy and the development of stronger muscles. This supplement comes with a different natural flavor option which actually tastes good. It can be consumed pre or post-workout.

Impressed!
Taste is not so great, better with less water, or added to juice, but have tasted far worse from other companies I use this as a preworkout. I have an incredibly sensitive digestive system and unable to take any caffeine, so use the caffeine free one. No digestive issues at all with it. One very noticeable thing is that I don’t ache the next day, even after a heavy weightlifting session. I have passed many of my personal bests with this product, managed to get back up to single arm bent over rows with 40 lb dumbbell, haven’t managed that for a few years due to shoulder surgery in last couple of years. If you can get past the taste, then it’s worth it. Even if I take this in the early evening to do a workout, It doesn’t keep me awake, which being an insomniac is a bonus, a lot of other stim free preworkout products from other companies would keep me wide awake. Price wise, I don’t have an issue, due to other products from other companies costing basically around the same price.

Not the best tasting or mixing powder, but good for intra workout hydration.
The taste sometimes have very slight differences ( 99% of people won't notice) but otherwise consistent. A differences in hydration and proformance you will notice with that extra set and faster recover with consistent use. It's a bit pricey but it is now officially the only bcaa supplement I use and recommend to my training clients. Initially I couldn't stand the taste but now I find myself craving it.

Impressed!
I have been taking Oh!Mino for 1 month now. I love the product! I had hit a wall at the gym on my bench press and a couple other exercises for some time now. I just broke through that wall. I feel stronger and have more energy at the gym now. I attribute it to Oh!Mino. I also practice intermittent fasting and I like the fact that it doesn't break my fast. I take one scoop before and one scoop after my workouts. I take the stimulant free after my workout. I am about to order more right now.

Worth the buy
I am 71. I discovered this product as I was looking for pre workouts and will tell you it is great. I recently went thru a cut 6 weeks to drop 25 pounds of Covid weight and I did so but maintained and even increased my Muscle Percentage by 4 points…. who adds muscle in a cut??? I recommend this product 100%

I’m really enjoying this product! I could tell a difference immediately. I threw 2 scoops into a shaker and drank it 30 minutes before a 2.5 hour boot camp style workout (F3). At the end I was still ready to go. I felt fresh and energized. I couldn’t have asked for more!
