Seems to work for me
You will notice improvement in bladder control, and a more complete bladder drainage. More control over urination stream starts and stops. Fewer trips to the restroom. Very good investment. There might be better products out there, but this is the only one that I’ve tried.

It Does Make A Difference
Had heard about Super Beta Prostate for years, but never did take supplements much. But being in my mid 60s and right before covid, i started with quite a few supplements. Some I am not sure of the efficacy, but Super Beta Prostate seems to be one of a few that noticeably works for me. For years, because of age, and probably beer often as well, i needed to get up for maybe 2-3 bathroom trips a night. After starting SBP, my trips were greatly reduced, often resulting in a full night (8+ hours) without needing to make a trip to the bathroom, and if not, maybe just once a night. That to me was proof of its effectiveness.
