Philips patient monitor mainframe/chassis with rear module marked M4605A with circuit board marked M8068-66404. Made in Germany by Philips Medizin Systeme (Boeblingen, Germany). Unit features an IEC power inlet, RJ‑45 LAN port, two numbered rear module bays (02/03, currently with blanks), and an internal recorder/printer mechanism visible on the right side. Handle on top for transport. See all photos for the exact item and its present condition. No front bezel/display assembly or patient‑parameter modules are included.
