Triphala, Prune Juice and Magnesium = my trifecta!
I've been taking this product for four months. It is very mild and results are also mild to unnoticeable.The company says the product works better when taken regularly and the results are not profound but gentle on the system. Don't expect a miracle. I can't say it is doing anything however when combined with prune juice and magnesium I have a positive result. My case is a difficult one so if it helps a little I am happy. I'm trying everything I can reasonably try. The above is my trifecta. I hope this works for you.

Love this product. I started using this not to long after being diagnosed with gastritis. Although I used what was prescribed by my doctor, I found Triphalia to be most effective and gentle. I don't take it everyday, but when I need to, it works as described. Will definitely purchase again.

Triphala, Prune Juice and Magnesium = my trifecta!
The pills are easy to swallow and they work. I would advise if you take the full dose don't leave the house for a day. It is better, I found, to start with 1 pill and see how that affects you. Them use that as a benchmark.

Good stuff for gut health
This stuff is legit. I have been using for years and no need taking fiber since this stuff works for me with no issues. Especially needed with poor diets or too much processed foods. Although when on the old yo yo diets when eating healthy, I still use. Due to the herbal make up and design use.
