It has been designed specifically as a flange sealant with high chemical resistance, for use on gear cases, oil pans, valve covers, and more. TB 1215 has great resistance against gear oil as well as mechanical resistance against shear forces. It has outstanding adhesion even to slightly polluted surfaces and is very fast curing. This One Is A Really Amazing Solvent Adhesive Solution
This is a really good and effective liquid gasket. The quality is impressive and it has a lot of multiple uses. It is acid free solvent free as well. I got it to repair my broken gear cases and it did the job. It cured pretty fast after application. I am impressed by its adhesive power as it has not let the gear cases fall apart. The best fact is that it is heat and water resistant. And another factor is that it is gear oil resistant too! So the gear oils cause no harm to the adhesive side and it does not come off.

Pretty good product, has multiple uses!
The material is excellent, and it has a wide range of applications. It's also free of acids and solvents. Its adhesive strength has surprised me. It's thermal and water safe, as well as oil immune! As a result, the motor oils have no effect on the sticky surface, and it will not peel away.
