Proof Positive
For the review readers who like to see definitive results I am including three views of my test results over the last three years. I started taking Policosonol and Niacin immediate release (B3) in pure form when my numbers started to alarm my doctor. The results speak for themselves. Once my numbers were done I grew complacent and started back on the unhealthy cakes...etc. My numbers showed the effect of this transgression. So now I'm starting back on the same routine I was so successful with in the past and expect my numbers this coming year to be even better than my previous best. I will update this review in the coming year with the new numbers but in the meantime I assure you that there were no other supplements taken to muddy the waters. The only added ingredient were a small handful of Almonds and Walnuts with small amounts of a high grade (robust) Olive Oil which helped to INCREASE the good cholesterol (HDL).

Great price and high quality. The only issue I have is you are supposed to take it at night to be 100% effective but if I do that it keeps me up. So I take it around 7pm. UPDATE. I took this for about 3 months. Honestly I probably missed 1/4 th of the doses. Busy person. I take it at 7PM at night with food and one baby aspirin. Studies show it is twice as effective this way. My doctor was thrilled I dropped my Total Cholesterol by 78 points and I just took one a day with no other supplements etc. I am allergic to statins. I plan to man up and take it more often and I don't get the massive hives I got with prescription meds.

So Far So Good!
Bought the product because of the recommendation from Tim Ferris in 4 hour body. Quick delivery of the product and appears to be a quality product. As for the effects, I can re-post in a few months after another blood lab for cholesterol. It runs high in my family but maybe I can stop getting those automatic notices from my insurance company telling me how unhealthy I am and should do something about it. I would consider the company's other products based on the quality of this one.
