Amazing flavor!
I am a new vegan for health reasons. I love to cook and bake so I have been re-learning how to do things. I found a delicious moist vegan chocolate cake recipe online that requires no frosting. I don't care for frosting. Then I thought about how much I love chocolate and orange together so I purchase this. Coupled with Orange zest and replacing my vanilla with this darling took my cake to a whole new level. It's delicious! It is not overpowering nor cloying. Be warned that it is an oily extract so don't make the mistake that I did and try to mix it with water before adding to the batter. It is worth every penny.

I didn't know fior d'Sicillia was available any more. My great-grandmothe Pasqualena Palemero Casaletto used this often in her baking. I will never be the baker she was, but I ordered this for my cuccidati and it really made a difference

Delicious Flavor
I love using this extract to add a natural depth to my healthy baking to get extra flavor without a bunch of sugar! There is no doubt this is authentic. As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the pleasant aroma from across the room. A little goes a long way. I also love that it is pure food grade essential oil, so no fillers or bulking agents. Highly recommend for those looking for a extra pop to their healthy-alternative baking or dessert!

Amazing for healthy baking!
I had been looking for authentic Sicilian flavorings like those I grew up knowing. This flavoring met the test. My application was for cannoli filling. The amount recommended for the size of the batch prepared was one drop. The flavor was subtle but two or three drops would have been better. Use to your taste preferences. The flavoring was used in combination with vanilla and lemon zest. All flavors were complementary. Otherwise, the product arrived timely and well packaged in a glass bottle. The one-ounce bottle should a long time.

Great Orange Extract
Good flavor, a little goes a long way. I generally use about half teaspoon in recipes. I added more than that once and the recipe was ruined.

Fiori di Sicilia - Flowers of Sicily Flavoring
This flavoring is in one of my panettone recipes. This was my first time making panettone and I had never heard of this flavoring but felt compelled to try it as it is from Italy and panettone is an italian Christmas cake. I wanted to have as much authentic flavor as possible and I believe this flavoring contributed to that outcome. Subtle yet distinct.

Great flavor
This is an awesome concentrated essential oils of citrus fruits from Italy. I was introduced to this product when I took several cooking classes in Tuscany. Use sparingly to flavor cakes, cookies, breads, ice cream and other treats. For an unexpected taste, add to the batter for French toast.

This is a beautiful item. I have added it to breads and rolls and cakes since it arrived. I used to use the King Arthur version. This is so lovely it actually smells great on your skin too.

I baked a batch of cranberry coin cookies and added 1/2 tsp. The flavor was absolutely delicious. This is a high quality product that I will use for lots of other recipes. I highly recommend it.

I use this for lattes and only one little drop (I transferred it into a dropper bottle) is enough to have a very good taste. Flavor is great! Not bitter and really creamy

Fairly good product for the price. Not as rich and complex is the original king Arthur product, but still a nice addition to the pantry. Just a drop or two in any baked goods takes it to the next level. And since it is an essential oil you can do all the things that you normally would. A drop on the wrist or in the diffuser does wonders.
