Natural medicine with lots of benefits.
Puritan Pride man tablets are quite effective. I'm taking these capsules to ensure that I get the proper quantity of multivitamin, and they're really helping me out. These help me stay active and strong. Taking these on a regular basis has a lot of advantages.

These are ok…
I really can't tell much about the vitamins as far as "feeling better". I do know they don't turn my pee yellow like some other brands I have tried. Instant yellow urine usually means you're peeing out all the riboflavin, which this brand doesn't do. The taste isn't terrible compared to most brands. I'll buy some more.

WORKS PERFECTLY
Great quality daily vitamin with a nice amount of vitamins. Comes in a nice sturdy sealed bottle with a twist lid that has a smaller lid to easily pop open. The pills are a compressed and a bit large but easy to swallow. It has the typical vitamin taste but it's not overpowering.
