Adjunctive Therapy for Allergies and Cellular Protection
I am a scientist by trade and clinical data is what I use to make decisions. While there is only pre-clinical data on this product, I am using it along with 1500mg of Vitamin C and 100mg zinc daily not only for it's anti inflammatory prevention but as an adjunctive therapy for seasonal allergies, pollen and mold spores in my case with all the rain we have at my elevation in Hawaii. it helps tremendously. I can't and won't make claims as to it being able to inhibit the protein spike of COVD from entering cells but it does upregulate zinc very well and as an adjunctive therapy for me it works and works well with my vitamin regimen of 500 mg quercetin, 1500mg vitamin c, 100mg zinc and 600mg NAC. Talk to your physician about supplements and their value in your health regimen!

Easy to swallow capsules
I was advised to take this When I Had COVID-19 as an anti-inflammatory which seemed to improve my condition. After extensive reading Quercetin regulates inter-luken 6 in the lungs important for this crazy virus

This Supplement Has Well Supported My Skin Health And Immune System
I use this to stabilize my Mast Cell Mediators for MCAS or Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. It has been great and it's nice that it's over the counter. I use this instead of my Benadryl, too, during some of my more minor Mast Attacks. Thanks to this, my skin has retained back the glow and moisture as well!

It has been great and it's nice that it's over the counter and I don't have to deal with my insurance wanting to refuse to pay for it because MCAS is not a correct diagnosis code, or whatever. I use this instead of my Benadryl, too, during some of my more minor Mast Attacks. I wouldn't recommend replacing it if you're needing to use Benadry or Epi for breathing.

I really like this product. Besides being an anti-inflamatory product, it doesn't contain any other ingredients I shouldn't take....like Bromelain. If you are allergic to latex, you should never ingest Bromelain. Thank you for producing such a clean good product!

Add Quercetin To Curcumin To Lower Cytokines In Lyme Disease!
have chronic Lyme disease marked by increased cytokine production which causes most of the horrible symptoms in Lyme disease. Today, liposomal curcumin is recommended to lower cytokines, when the supplement of choice used to be Quercetin. I prefer the double whammy synergistic effect I get when I combine the Quercetin and Curcumin. Plus Quercetin always has given me help with allergies during peak seasons throughout the year. Why settle for one cytokine fighter when you can get a greater effect by combining the Quercetin and Curcumin. Lyme victims need all the help they can get!!.

I received the product very quickly upon ordering it. My doctor's office suggested I begin taking it due to Carona 19 virus. It is a very powerful antioxidant and it will keep you healthy - along with other vitamins and minerals not listed here. I have only begun taking this maybe 4 days so far. Too early to tell. However, I do believe this to be a very useful tool in fighting the China Flu.

I have never taken this before but figured anything we can do to build immunity during this pandemic is a good thing. Besides Dr. Zelenko recommended it for out patient treatment of covid. It also supports cardiovascular health and helps fight allergies. Not sure where ingredients are from because only says it is formulated in U.S.A. for a company in Miami.

Works very well for allergies (in addition to Xyzal)
I got this for glaucoma-- some decent studies suggest it is good for that (Neuroprotective Effect of Quercetin. Evidence that Quercetin can be effective in the treatment of Glaucoma) but imagine my surprise to find out that it is very helpful for my allergies! I see other reviewers saying that but I wasn't looking for the effect so I guess you could say it was not because i expected that. Allergies are bad this year and I switched to Xyzal which is much better than Zyrtec for me, but the quercetin is really helping. I take 2 of these a day for a total of 1,000 mg which has safety proven for up to 3 months so far per webmd. I split it into am and pm doses and really notice when I get to the 12 hour mark with runny nose etc, and within 30-60 minutes, everything is reasonably normal again.This form dihydrate, seems to have the best bio-availability and my experience sure supports that it gets absorbed and used.

Allergy Relief!
Have been taking Quercetin for year round environmental/seasonal (pollens, leaf molds, dust, dander, etc.) allergy relief for approximately one year, 500mg, am and pm. Took a few days to kick in. Good quality supplements are most important
I have been taking this supplement for six months now. I suffer from occasionally break out due to different type of allergies and this supplement help me to build up my immune system.
