The gauges appear to be WIKA branded. One gauge shows outlet pressure to 100 psi / 700 kPa, and the other shows cylinder pressure to 4000 psi / 28000 kPa. The inlet connection appears to be a CGA-580 style fitting commonly used for nitrogen and inert gas service.
