A pinch at a time for just the right flavor!
I've had to drink decaf for several years due to cardiac rhythm problems, but even the "smoothest" decaf seems to cause heartburn. The various hospitals I've had to stay in have Sanka and it doesn't seem to cause heartburn so I decided to give it a try. I've never cared for incredibly strong coffee but I do like it black. With those little packets they serve in the hospitals I'd usually get two cups per packet and even then it seemed a bit strong for me. Now I've found the perfect way to make an excellent cup of Sanka! After heating a cup of water in the microwave I just add a pinch at a time - stirring in between pinches - until I get just the right flavor, which I can pretty well gauge by color. Great taste every time! And no more stale coffee sitting in a pot or waiting for a fresh cup!

I never disliked Maxwell House instant coffee. I grew up in it starting in my teens. I was so disappointed that the stores weren't selling it any more. I looked it up on the internet and it was recalled for some stupid reason which I don't believe. It said there is a sec stimulant in it and people were getting sick and breaking out from it. Well anyway there is the regular Maxwell House Coffee (The instant comes from that the regular coffee the same coffee beans). So how could this happen? People should question it because it does not happen to everyone. I plan to buy more instant Maxwell House Coffee where ever I could find it. A lot of things are being taken off the market as the Government wants to controls what we consume.

There Is Nothing wrong with Instant Maxwell House Coffee.
I should have stuck to what the old folks drank. I tried so many instant coffees and none of them were anything to brag about. I remember my grandmother and her neighbor friends drinking Sanka and eating lemon cake at the dining table talking about whatever was going on. When I was a little older she let me try it and it always taste good. I recently bought some and I thought why did I wait so long. It still taste great. I was a kid in the eighties. If it ain't broke don't fix it! I will definitely keep drinking Sanka. My grandmother knew all along.
