Best Fasting & “Need to fit in this dress by the weekend” Drink
I have been ordering/using this drink for YEARS ever since I found out Beyoncé did the master cleanse for 2 weeks to drop 20 lbs for her role in dream girls ( 2 weeks is insane & hell no, I couldn’t do that lol) But every couple months I tend to use. I mostly use right before a big event or occasion & want to look good & feel good. I normally love carbs so my face tends to look round & tummy tends to bloat. But this drink helps me slim down & take away the bloat. I go extreme & ONLY drink the drink & water for 5 days straight. Mon-Fri. I know it sounds crazy but once you do it, you’re like wow, that wasn’t bad at all because the appetite suppressants in it don’t make you feel hungry. Also, it’s weird you kind of start craving it. Just keep busy to keep your mind off food & don’t exercise while you fast. You’re just asking to get dizzy & pass out. I actually look forward to not having to worry about what I’m going to eat, cook or spend money on food. So helps me de-stress in that aspect lol. But as a result after the 5 days my tummy goes down soooo much, my face slims out, & of course I lose weight. It’s my saving grace every time. I know & understand it is just a temporary fix & don’t depend on having lasting results after fasting. But, this at least jump starts you in any diet & motivates you to eat clean when you get off the fast. I freaking looooooove this drink. Thank you ????

I purchased this product to detox and kick start my journey to healthy eating. I started on Monday and today is day 4 of using this product. It did work and in the process I weighed myself this morning lost 8 pounds. Would definitely recommend this item and will be purchasing it again in the future.

It does exactly what it says. You MUST drink water (a lot) and do the salt water. If you don't you'll only lose a few pounds for a week then gain that and more. Now, because it's a cleanser it actually cleanses everything from within you. Ladies: beware. You'll need to see your gynecologist for UTI or yeast infection because the liquid is cleansing you. Yes, it's a bit strong but I put mines in with iced tea and that helped me drink it. Good luck to hose looking weight. This is a good start. But remember LOTS of water and you MUST follow it's instructions on the salt water.

Finally a cleanse that WORKS!!!
Let me start off by saying I'm no stranger to cleanses -- I've used Isagenix before with great success but definitely felt the hunger pains throughout their cleanse. I began the Master Cleanse around 8am this morning and it's a little after 4pm and I've had absolutely no hunger pains whatsoever. Additionally, I am really enjoying the taste of the lemonade! I plan on doing a 48 hour cleanse, resume healthy eating for two days, and then do the 4 day cleanse. I'll update on any weight loss / progress I experience. Fingers crossed! Update: Down 4 pounds in 24 hours! I haven't been doing my typical intense cardio workouts since I am "fasting" per se, but I did go on a nice walk yesterday just to get moving. Looking forward to seeing what results the next 24 hours bring! Update: Down another 2 pounds after 48 hours, brings me to a total of 6 pounds lost! Going to try to push this another two days.

This works!
I was skeptical of this but I bought after seeing many good reviews. Im doing the 4 day cleanse. Hoping it'll be easy because I work overnight shifts..12 hours at that. I am active and I do watch what I eat. The past week I slipped up and drank a lot/ate a lot of fatty foods. I took my first drink few minutes ago..the taste actually wasnt bad like I thought it would be due to the smell/ingredient. I will update once 48 hours has passed. I plan to follow directions and eat fruits/vegs w/no serving bigger than my hand.

Great taste. A little spicy not too much to handle. Mixes well. Received first bottle today will be placing another order tomorrow. Easy to drink. Not sure of any results as I’m on day one. (4/29/2020) I’ll continue to use for a month and then post update.

Lost 10 pounds in three days. UPDATE!! I have bought three more bottles. It is so tasty. The first time I did the cleanse without eating. Now I drink the cleanse and eat lite. I am still losing weight and I feel great and energized. Please try this. If your afraid of not eating for a couple of days then try the cleanse but allow yourself to eat citrus and thin sliced veggies and you will see a big difference. 20 pounds in a month. By the way I'm in my late 20's with 3 kids back to back. This was the first time I saw a difference in my weight after trying for years with diet and exercise.

Easy to do
Highly recommended for individuals who have digestion/bowel issues; easy to prepare and a good flavor (per my taste). I only drink one cup of this each morning and it does wonders for the bowel system. Do stay close to the toilet for an hour after the intake as it has a cleansing result and settles the bowels right down for the rest of the day.

This is 4th time I buy I like this product I use exactly as I would on master cleanse I used smooth move tea at nite and at morning do SWF but only twice week, I'm on day 7 and I can tell I have lost weight and feel being detoxed I have plenty energy to work at home and don't feel weak plenty of vitamins and less hassle no squeezing lemons 1 bottle has lasted me one week since I only do 4 drinks a day. I drink alot other herbal teas n lots of water I really think it works well. I don't eat on it.
