Cats and kids are safe
I have been using this for some time and love it. I mix it with distilled water (maybe that's overkill, but I have hard water) and it never leaves stains or residues on all the various surfaces I have sprayed it on. The type of bottle this comes in is the best -- it makes it just so easy to measure out and pour the needed amount. I actually bought a bunch of these bottles to use with other chemicals as well, but they are not cheap. So great value to get it already in this bottle! BUT the listing here is just incorrect or something. I mean, it says 176 gallons from this 32 fl oz bottle -- the standard mixture rate is 1 fl oz makes 1 gallon; doing the math that is... 32 gallons from this 32 fl oz bottle. I guess they are showing you use the minimum mixture rate there, so be aware. I use this product as a general home defense product. Applied at the typical 1 fl oz to 1 gallon rate, spread around the foundation 2 feet in each direction where the foundation and grade meet. Also 2 ft around every doorway and window, spray the eaves and soffit too. Don't forget your garage doors as well, as insects love to get in there. I don't use it indoors, because I don't want to unless absolutely needed, but I am starting to experiment with using it in the garage, as that is a sort-of outdoors location and there is all kinds of random spots bugs love to collect. When applying this way, and comparing to neighbors, it seems very effective. Don't have issues with insects like wasps under the eaves for example. I apply at least once a month, but when there is a lot of insect activity I do it every other week (instructions say you could do it as often as every week, but every other week seems effective enough to me). I try to apply when there will be no rain in 24 hours in each direction (before and after application) to make sure it doesn't get washed off.

This stuff works great with my backpack sprayer. I live on a lake in northern MN and some sort of mosquito control is necessary to even go outside in the spring and early summer. This product works great on mosquitoes, gnats, and other biting flys. Once it dries it continues to work for several weeks depending on how frequently it rains. Biggest drawback is that it is also toxic to frogs / amphibians and I believe fish so I am very careful to only spray only in certain areas and never spray near the lake or areas people aren’t going to be often. A little of this goes a long way as the mix ratio is one ounce to one gallon of water. It is a very effective product and a great value compared to paying people to come out and spray as they spray pretty much indiscriminately and lay waste to far to many other critters which Is something I can’t stand.

I love it, insects hate it
I had a severe wasp problem here. On soffits and vinyl siding to soffit are wasps were buzzing around. Several corners of the house had this issue. I could not sick on deck, since wasps would buzz me, sometimes aggressively for no reason...I was 30+ feet away from end of house where they seemed to buzz around every day. Warm days, cold mornings...so I got up early and sprayed one really bad corner, soffit, corner vinyl trim piece, got all the cracks and crevices...while the bees slept in out of the cold. I was nervous spraying, expected a swarm. I would spray a second and run far away and observe. Braver and braver I sprayed more. That was one corner on day 1. It stayed cold all day, no wasps. The next day it warmed up, but I was never outside n deck. The day after I walked out and saw several wasps dead on the deck. Hooray! I sprayed again since I did see a few random wasps flying around. Then a day or two later I sprayed all the soffit areas, vinyl trim corners, gaps, holes, crevices, around crawl space to floor wall, in crawl space vents, any place I felt bugs or bees could intrude or live. Success. I occasionally see a yellow jacket or wasp, but no swarms on house or attacks on the deck. A European hornet buzzes by once in a while, but they nest out on the woods. So much happier now without wasps everywhere. Well worth the money and 1 gallon sprayer to treat this house. Also no more crickets in crawl space or inside house. Crickets use to be inside once or twice every week. Happy camper here :-)

Works well and lasts for weeks
I used to buy insecticide at the hardware store a few times a year to spray around the outside of the house. This is the only product I use now. Works just as well, if not better, than the brand name gallon-sized insecticide from the hardware store but at a much better price. Get a $10 garden sprayer and this. You will save money every time you use it. Also much more convenient to make my own insecticide with a few ounces of this and just add water from the garden hose. Never buying the pre-mixed stuff again.

Worked and No More Wasps
We have a bunch of fruit trees in our back yard and flies, mosquitos, whiteflies, and aphids are a constant irritation. This stuff starts acting within hours and really knocks back the population. I find it most effective spraying after sunset.

Works well and lasts for weeks
This was a little confusing when it came to mixing it with water, and no one around here was sure that we had the rations right. But it works great, and definitely kept bugs away from the house, because I sprayed it in crevices on the front porch. Thanks!

Works well
Second purchase of this insect control. I apply it in spring when the insects start ramping up. At first the carnage starts appearing. Dead bugs in patio and different area of my house. After that you notice the decrease of populations. You keep seeing dead bugs here and there until it becomes rare to see dead or live.

Had an outdoor problem with wood roaches. Added to my sprayer and I’m pleased with results. Also used the the bait and a reproductive inhibitors. Bye roaches. Would recommend. I only used outside and I saw immediate results. Sprayed all around eves and base of house. Seen a few dying roaches and later found a hiding place in a deck box so I got those too

Cats and kids are safe
Needed to go multiple sprays like every two weeks. Eventually it completely repelled all the bugs and didn’t need to use it again. I ended up letting other family and friends borrow it.

Spray a few times and done
I am in Florida where the weather is a calling for all bugs. This helps but not perfect. We have pets and chickens so the choices are limited. I still recommend it.

Great product
Used only once and didn't see them come back around the doors for about a month . Woke up in the am the day after to all kinds of bugs dead ..this does wear off though. Making a second batch for this round 2. Just be careful . I used eye goggles and gloves . Says it on the bottle..just be safe in case

I sprayed the parameters of my home at around 8am, I'm just getting home from work at around 7 and I see not 1 or 2 but 7 of these black widows DEAD and a few other water bugs.....I love this stuff.

I bought a house that has been vacant for months, well, vacant of humans. Spiders have made it their home! I sprayed two gallons both with 1 ounce of concentrate. Spraying spiders in webs directly, baseboard, doors, windows, exterior, garage, etc. I have seen a massive drop in spiders in the house. Spiders I sprayed directly are dead in the webs and I only saw a couple living. A massive drop in the dozens I was seeing every day. I also installed those little plug in speaker things that send a high frequency to keep them away (which didnt do much to get them out, compared to the spray). I will be applying this again in the fall. This will essentially last me 4 years. Not a bad investment at all! Super happy with my results!

It works!
This product works great, it kills bugs and doesn’t hurt a wide variety of plants I have around our foundation area beds. Thant makes it one of the few non organic sprays I can use with confidence spraying plants and shrubs.
