Payment:

We accept all forms of payment through the new eBay checkout system. 

Shipping:

All purchases are shipped within 1 business day unless specifically stated on listing under Delivery Time. We don't like to wait either and take getting your orders in the hands of the delivery company very seriously. If you order multiple items, WE will decide what service is used. 

Packing:

We do our best to pack all orders securely. We may occasionally recycle our shipping supplies. Save the planet with us! You may be alarmed to find your item inside of a box from a different product. This is how we keep our prices so low and our customers satisfied with piece of mind that the item is protected, not just thrown in an envelope and shipped, 

Damaged During Transit:

If your item arrives damaged – do not discard! The best way to receive a refund is to take pictures of the damage and send them to us. We will need a clear picture of the label, the box, and the damaged item. If you cannot send a pic, then you will need to return the item for a refund by opening a return in eBay. We do need to have validation that the item was damaged. If you throw it away, and then claim the item was damaged, you will not be refunded. No exceptions, please!

Local Pick-ups: 

Nearly all of our items are shipped for FREE, so what's the benefit of local pick-up? If you live in the Phoenix and East Valley areas, local pick-up can save you $3-8.00 on every item we offer. Our new warehouse space opened in 2022 and if you drive to Country Club Dr. and University in Mesa you can save HUGE amounts of money. Our space is open by appointment only. But, if you bring your phone, fill your cart, and choose local pick-up through the eBay app your discounts will be immediate and they will be BIG.

Offers:

We no longer accept offers on most listings due to the high amount of non-payments and lack of effectively dealing with these types on the platform. If you "WATCH" the item we may make you an offer too good to refuse.
