Nice caplets
My aunt just has a knee operation and is on bed for a month. The doctor advised her of these caplets and these are really working well for her. These caplets help her to recover quickly and also reduces the knee pain. This is working well for her.

Triple Flex without the added D3 is precisely what we want!
If you are not getting sufficient Vitamin D via other sources, the Triple Flex with D3 (which is much easier to find) is okay for you. But be careful! Too much D can be toxic. Grateful to find the Triple Flex to help joints without added extras.

Best thing going
I'm 26 and missing 60% of my lateral meniscus in my right knee, so I starting taking this product to preempt my likely arthritis. I lift 4-6 times per week as well as run 2 miles per day, and my knees had begun to be sore. I started taking this as well as EPA/DHA 750 mg twice per day, and I feel that this certainly helps. It certainly can't hurt and for anyone who has had knee pain before, they know how bothersome it is.

Most reasonably priced...and it Works!
I've been using this product for many, many years. It's a marvelous product and I take 2 a day. I've got lots and lots of physical problems, but I'm still walking and I can still move my elbows and knees. Thank you, Triple Flex. I'll continue to use this product until I die.

Feels like it helps me
I have used this item for years. According to studies made, this worked no better than placebos. All I can say is, that when I stopped using it, by the 3rd week, my joints were much more painful. When I went back on, they were better within 2 mos. I may be very "suggestable" or something but I'm not going off of them again.

Hi, I am a muay thai + jujutsu practitioner and hence twisted / injured ligaments is an everyday affair for me. In the past i strained my ankle ligaments big time (so much so that any accidental twist in the ankle would render me useless in terms of walking even). Some hot water treatment (immerse in rock salt) and diclofenac gel helped but the repeated twists made the situation go from bad to worse. Come Glucosamine boswelia product and it was as good as new. Next in line was the right knee ACL twist. Any lateral movements were a strict no and hence my workouts were impacted. The Glucosamine boswelia helped to no extent and it was time to look for something better then the rest. Enter Nature Made Triple Flex.. barely had some 20 caplets and my knee is back to its usual self. I guess the glucosamine, chondroitin and MGM combination helped me here (never took chondroitin and MGM prior to this).. I would recommened this product to people into heavy workouts prone to ligament twists / strains / injuries.. a cool 4 stars from my side.. Update - 30th Oct 2015.. I haven't taken these regularly once my knee issue got resolved and this was just lying around.. a friend (soccer crazy fella) of mine had severe knee issues and could not play soccer for even 5 min straight without crying out in pain (ACL ligament issue for him as well).. asked him to try this out and he goes for an hour now without any issues.. wonder drug or something.. i dont know.. but that earns it 1 extra star as a result..

Started to feel better in 4 days... amazing
I was having pain in my shoulders and other joints and after 2 weeks of taking Triple-Flex twice a day the pain in my shoulders and other joints have greatly decreased, I've tried the others and very happy to have found something that works.

My husband and I both have knee injuries and whatever is in this stuff, it REALLY helped. I had pain that kept me up at night, and now I don't. I am not a fan of supplements normally, but enough people told me about this and I really wanted to avoid surgery so I gave it a try. Now I am the one telling everyone else to try it.

Improves flexibilty, strength and movement.
First of all I'm 28 years old. Four months ago I started doing the insanity workout. I got through it, but it felt like my knees were sore for 2 months straight because I didn't get a chance to rest them. After insanity I took a week or so off to let my knees stop hurting which they did. After that I started doing Les Mills Pump and running, and sure enough my knees started getting sore again. Not as bad as before, but between the squats and running, I was still feeling it. Most noticeably when doing things like getting up out of a chair or kneeling. I thought I'd give something like this a try since I didn't want to slow down my workouts because of my knees. It's been 1 week (!) since I started taking 2 of these per day and my knees ARE NOT sore at all anymore. It's incredible! The day before yesterday, I did weight training, then yesterday ran 2.5 miles, and this morning, my legs are kinda tired but MY KNEES AREN'T SORE AT ALL. Amazing. If you are on the fence, at least give this a shot, it's definitely working for me and is helping me keep up with my exercise regimen. Also the pills are large, and it sort of concerned me since others have said they have problems swallowing them. However, I have not had any problems at all. They are coated well and don't get stuck in my mouth or throat.

I bought this product because Nature Made is rated in the top 3 manufactures of supplements. I think it has had some benefits to my problem with Osteoarthritis but OA is something that only gets worst with time. I think the Triple Flex product has help to relieve some of the pain. And I am hoping that it may restore some of the cartilidge. But there is no direct proof that anything can do that.

It works!
I've been taking this product for a few weeks now and I can see definite improvement in my knees. I was taking another brand for a few months and it worked well enough but I ran out and neglected to order more or take any other glucosamine for a few weeks and with in a week my knees were killing me! Now that I've been taking this, I am glad I switched.
