Nasal spray is really helpful when you have heavy cold. It has instant relief result after inhaling it. I cannot bear the cold soo I tried this nasal spray and it helped me. It has no side effects as you can inhale when find uneasy due to cold.

This product was recommended to me by an older lady who has a sister in Australia. She used to catch colds on flight there but started using this product and prevented catching the colds. I have used it for several years and haven’t gotten colds in planes any more (which I used to get often) Now I will use it when I go out on an errand due to Covid-19. NO IDEA if it will help by inhibiting the virus From reproducing, but I believe there is no harm in using it.

Works like a charm
Had the flu linger for over 3 weeks and finally started recovering. But after the holiday parties, I felt a relapse coming on. I used First Defence one night. The next day all my cold symptoms were gone. Great product. Now I use it everytime I feel a cold coming on, especially after big gatherings where you're hugging and shaking everyone's hand.

Imported from the UK, so a little expensive, but I had bought a bottle before when in London and wanted another for the cold season. Seems to help prevent colds, but you must remember to use it!
