This is actually non-allergic
This is the first time I consumed a nut product and did not get an allergy! It has nuts but those are not allergic at all. I am so happy I got a replacement. I use this for so many purposes including baking and mixing. I like the crunchiness and purity it has.

These wheat nuts are a good and healthy option to munch on the go or to have these as a snack, anytime. It can be used in cooking, in baking like for making nut cakes and for a lot of stuff. On the whole, it's a pretty good food to try hands-on.
