This is Part 3 of my leftover storage solution
I chuckle to myself whenever I see an article about an ongoing battle with lids vs bottoms for leftover storage. Ziplock has been my solution for years. There's the not very deep square and the deeper square with interchangeable lids and then there's this larger size I use for items like "cooked enough for an Army" stews or (without the lid) "bought too much at the Farmers' Market" fruits and veg. 3 sizes, 2 lid sizes...it doesn't get any easier. (FYI I offload the food before reheating in the microwave.) They work in pantry, fridge and freezer and last a long time. I've found the only way to break them is to drop a fully-loaded frozen container on the floor; not much would withstand that test. Try my solution: it's easy, inexpensive, and sturdy.

Useful Size
I use these to store stuff like almond flour, coconut flour, etc. I buy them in bulk and put them in these containers for long term storage. They take 2.2 lbs (1 kg) of almond flour at the 9 cup mark, superb! When you pick it up for the first time, they might feel a little flimsy compared to smaller containers, but once you fill them up close the lid they are pretty solid

Discontinued Product?
I gave these containers only 4 stars because, despite my having wrapped aluminum foil around the top of the container AND put it into a plastic bag specifically for freezing, there was still some ice crystals which got inside. Yes, it could have been the bag BUT a true made-for-the-freezer should have kept out the ice. It had been in the freezer for only 5 weeks so it wasn't an inordinate amount of time. Perhaps I should have given it 3 stars but I did like the size and they had arrived very quickly which I needed at the time.

Long Term Bulk Storage
I'm doing some baking now, and these containers will do just fine for storing things. I'm freezing some of the bread I make, and I'm using smaller sizes of Ziploc containers that are good, too, only round, which eats up (pun intended) the room I have. These, though, are what I need for this project, since we now have a small freezer for the bread and the frozen veggies.

Perfect size
I use it to keep food in the refrigerator. It's a good size container. It's a little big but not too big. I like it so much. I hope it lasts a long time. I've been using it for about 2 weeks. So far so good.

just what I wanted
I was apprehensive to get the new model instead of the one shown on the product picture, but thankfully, these were the original ones, that nest so well in our drawers. ????

good size container
We use these larger containers continuously. They hold a lot of food, from green beans, sweet potatoes or meat loaf. Can stack in refrigerator.

I can confirm that these are the original ones!
Good size for family leftovers. Locking lid is secure within reason.

Arrived on time, wrapped well, not crushed or cracked
Happy with product, so I bought more. Have not stored liquids, so not sure how leak proof.

Nice improvement to product.
The top is a but flimsy. Overall this was just the size we were looking for for a salad container.

I cannot believe they stopped making these.
Excellent Ziploc is the brand to buy

Great for a big salad
These are great. I feel like they are usually thicker plastic than before, they are much more sturdier.
