Not Really Mega Size, Bu Best Man Bat Figure Yet
McFarlane Mega Man-Bat Once again I must reiterate my disappointment with McFarlane, since taking over part of the DC license. What once was the standard for all figures, has become laughable. But, I still hold hope for the McFarlane name. This figure is one that gives me "hope". Packaging: 7/10 It's a decent box for display; just nothing special. NOT that we want a line to change it’s design in the middle of a run (yes, Hasbro, I’m looking at you, and the change during the Star Wars Unleashed line). Paint: 10/10 There is a question with the eyes. But, it’s so minute that it really begs the question, should this figure get dinged, even half a point, for an extremely difficult spot that you can barely see? No. This has to be the absolute best paint job I’ve seen on a McFarlane post DC licensed figure. Man-Bat’s paint is shadowed perfectly, with shades in realistic texturing that brings back memories of what made McFarlane Toys light years ahead of everyone else, and revolutionized the industry. Articulation: 6/10 Meh. Yes, 22 points, but, nothing super spectacular that screams out “I’m better than anything ever made before me”. You do get an odd spot of articulation in the knees. Actually, below the knees. I think this helps with stabilizing the figure. But, more on that later. Sculpt: 10/10 If the paint job on this figure wasn’t enough to cry out to us, the sculpt should. The only “negative” in my opinion, is the oddity on how the wings are designed. For whatever reason, it seems as if this were a real costume, the wings would be sort of boxed around the arms, in two sections: the top and bottom. Nevertheless, it still works. Otherwise, this is probably the single most perfect Man-Bat figure of all time. Possibly one of the greatest figures of all time for any Batman or DC line. The detailed “fur” is nothing short of spectacular. If there is one thing I hate, especially since the 90’s and the exceptionality of McFarlane, Marvel Legends, and Star Wars Unleashed for retail figures, is flat, one dimensional figures. I love to see 3D, wrinkles, and other features that give the figures a life all their own. Looking at the body, even the denim shorts—the rear pockets, bring a level of realism I have not seen in quite some time. Accessories: 0/10 This is a $40 retail figure. Let’s pretend to make it look like one. All we get is a plain, boring collector card that reminds me of a slight step above a 70’s Topp’s baseball card. And a large stand. That’s it. Even when retail toys were $4-5 we got treated to better. We even got some had had a display diorama. That would have been perfect here. It’s not like Man-Bat needs a lot of accessories; but, a solid diorama would have helped. A lot. Displayability: 5/10 This is a new grading category, created specifically for this figure. At this point, it does stand on it’s own, as shown in the sales pictures. The issue comes in that I had to twist and manipulate the figure to do so. Figures tend to fall over eventually, and I see no reason this will not follow suit. But, after 10-15 minutes, it was still standing. Even though it is quite top heavy. Value: 6/10 $40 for a figure is not cheap. Of course, in this hyper-inflation, post Covid era, a family of 1 can spend almost $40. The 6” scale is now over $20. Yet, still, I find it hard to give this a high mark on value, when it's going to cost the better part of a $50 bill! An otherwise great figure, with no accessories is commanding a $40 price tag; but, we have seen many of these figures around $20 or even less. But, if you want to be sure to get one, can you risk waiting for a clearance sale, and it being in stock when you get there? Overall: 95/100 This is by far the absolute best figure I have come across from the DC Licensed McFarlane figures. Textures, paint, and sculpt do not disappoint. At all! Recommend: Absolutely. Even at the higher than deserved retail price tag of $40, this is most likely to not be the one you want to miss out on!

Complete Disappointment
This figure is detailed. Paint apps are good. The biggest problem with this and many of McFarlane Toys figures is the lack of ability to stand. The feet and ankle joints are way too loose and will not keep Man-Bat from standing. The included stand is worthless. Also, the scale is weird. For a figure like Clay Face or Swamp Thing, the large size works. If you look at Man-Bat’s legs and the fact he’s wearing jeans, he seems to scale with himself. Some other negative things are the wings are permanently folded and his hands are permanently in fists. He could have come with an extra set of hands, but due to how they made him with the wing attachment, the hands and arms are one piece with no wrist rotation. I also feel another head with a different facial expression, ie. closed mouth would have been nice. And as I stated before, the joints are just a hot mess. They are really loose and since he’s heavy, he doesn’t like to stand properly. If you’re a Man-Bat fan, you’ll want this figure just because, but it’s not necessarily worth getting if you are just a casual Batman fan. I was looking forward to doing some photography shots with this one flying in the sky, but his wings lack of articulation and staying folded down will not allow for this. I feel like McFarlane Toys are made to stand still and look pretty or stay in the packaging. I’ve included some pictures that have other figures to show how he scales with them.

This figure is incredible. It's the first DC McFarlane figure I've seen where the figure is actually cooler than the box art. Even better, Croc is surprisingly well balanced. One of the arms on mine is slightly looser than the other, but that's to be expected with this brand. The pants are boring, but that's his Arkham swag, and our boy is literally a sewer-dwelling crocodile man. Because of the collar placement, Croc can't look down, which makes it difficult for him to make eye contact with smaller figures. Still, the teeth, the claws, and the scales are incredibly detailed. This figure is a great value, even if you aren't the biggest Killer Croc fan. Also, I didn't snag a picture, but he is positioned pretty dynamically in the box and would display well that way if that's your thing and you have a ton of shelf space.

Decent, but lacking.
This is the star of my Man-Bat collection. He’s huge, he’s gnarly, and he’s absolutely grotesque. Few other figures match this level of off-putting-ness as well as this one. I have a few older releases from other companies that are menacing, but McFarlane hands down released the most disturbing. A+. Too cool!

One of the best mega figures thus far.
Great looking figure. Wish it came with open or semi-open hands.

What we needed.
It's a really great figure and it came with extra batarangs however the white eyes are more faded than white.

I am a little disappointed it was so expensive and came in a small ...
Great lego batman mini figure. The black bat suit figures are kind of hard to come by. I’m glad I found and purchased this one. It is a perfect addition to my lego mini figure collection. This figures black bat suit looks really similar to Micheal Keaton’s bat suit from batman and batman returns.

Pretty good figure
Exactly what i was looking for. My toddler grandson had this exact "Lego Batman" which came with a set. He took it with him to a store and lost it there, of course. I was happy to find a replacement to not have to purchase the entire set again. Reasonable price and prompt delivery.

Cool lego batman minifigure!
My son is really into Batman and Legos and really wanted the Batman Lego minifigure. They are extremely hard to find and very rare (especially one with a batarang) as they are not in production anymore. At least not that I could find. Because of that, all the other Batman Lego minifigures that we found were really expensive. We got this one at a great deal and fast delivery. This seller was great. He has a wide variety of Lego figures at great prices. We were very fortunate to find this for our son and he had a wonderful Christmas because of it. He has had a lot of fun playing with this toy and integrating it with his other Lego pieces.

What we needed.
In fairness, I should have read the description for this product better. It truly is "just" a tiny Lego figurine. It is not a larger size. I was planning to put this on my grandson's birthday cake (as a topper) but it is way too small. However, for those who are Lego collectors, this is a very high-quality, nice Lego Batman figurine.

Fun Lego Minifigure at a good price
I watched the Lego Movie TWICE, I wouldn't be surprised if people started buying these for the same cool factor. The figure is in perfect condition, I love it! Unfortunately, I'm not keeping it. It's for my friend that LOVES Batman. The cape is nice quality, no rips. It's cool that this one comes with a bat-arang, just like the ones in the movie. I highly recommend this as a collectors piece.

Small, but Cute
This is a great Batman minifigure. It comes with a batarang as well and considering I have seen figures not nearly as good for more then twice the price. It comes looking great with no scratches or anything and the shipping is ridiculously fast. I got mine in 2 business days. The picture is not misleading at all and it comes well packaged and protected. I would and most likely will buy from the seller again.

Lego Movie inspired me to buy this...
My son had been very specific when he said he wanted this item after watching the Lego Movie. He said batman with the batarang. None of the sets were cost effective and inclusive. This one came up at the right time. Thank you for having it and for sending it to me for a happy Christmas time.

Could not be better.
My son enjoys his little figurines. He collects them and says he likes them. They are sitting on his shelf and he will just keep them for nostalgia. A must have for older kids as these are similar to collecting anything.

Batman from the Lego Movie + Batarang. A boy's Christmas wish come true.
Our son is crazy about Batman and he is so happy to have this one to put with his other super heroes. It was cool how that it came with the Bat Boomerang. The cape was even packed in a little box by itself instead of on the mini figure, which is good so it doesn't get messed up in shipping.
